Hi I don't like how a schizophrenic gets discriminated and cannot have a legal permit . Does a schizophrenic patient not suffer with depression.and anxiety . It sucks that most professionals always accuse drugs as a cause to illness which isn't always true .

So ive decided that everytime CL take over 3 days to dispatch something thats apparently in stock im going to come here and leave a 1 star review. Their 10 day lead time is ridiculous, they just hide behind policy and cut and paste replies.
When I joined CL dispatch was max of 2 days every single time, now its 6 days and even 10 days in some instances. They also dont let you order it until its due, so I have to wait a month and then 10 days for them to dispatch it once I order it, then 2 days delivery..... That's 42 days between prescriptions 😂😂 and they see that as acceptable.

I was with Curaleaf for over a year and they just got worse and worse.
Waiting weeks for prescriptions,having to go through multiple people/forms to make a query and no responses for a long time and then theyre just generic responses.
I have wasted so much time and money on inferior flower bud with this company its ridiculous
I am now with Medicann,much easier process with next day delivery via Royal mail.Theres no monthly prescription amount,you buy what you want when you need it.
They sell nearly all the Curaleaf stuff plus have a huge range of others at much cheaper prices.

Haseeb was great. He was highly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to understand my needs. He helped amend my prescription to provide even further relief and ensure my ongoing plan is fully supported.
Whilst dispatch can take up to a week, it's completely understandable given the strict legal regulations that come with this type of medicine. They also give you plenty of time to order your next prescription before the current one runs out.
Definitely recommend!

Been with curaleaf for just 2 weeks.
Had 4 prescribed flowers. Ordered 2 (lavender cake-gorilla glue4). GG4 was very weak, leafy, absolutely bone dry, not sticky or tacky, no smell, and tasted very mute. Lavender cake was like drinking women's perfume, not that I've actually tried. So I ordered Royal Moby on my script which arrived yesterday. Omg 😱 how is this considered medical grade blows my mind. I have thrown 3 buds away because they fell apart due to dead bud rot. Not impressed.
I rang clinic and got another appointment to talk about the crap flowers, yes I'm depressed and upset with my experience. I was fobbed off and told they would have to have a group consultation before allowing me another flower. Isn't that how Hitler failed!!!
We, I don't want a dictator, we/I want the quality we pay for, not crap that has had ALL its healthy tasty goodness removed for other purposes!
It's a scam, well that's how I feel.
If this is to compete with street weed it really has MILES to go before it's street good! And that's a shame because I don't agree with the gangs and criminal empires they facilitate.
Not sure how to go forth anymore, the whole experience has worn me out and left me depressed and lost because I am 300 pounds down and that would normaly see me through for nearly 3 weeks, but this less than 1 week and now I am so wound up and stressed its unreal. Curaleaf have seriously messed me up. How can anyone trust what you cant see, and these clinics are getting away with ripping poor sods like me off. Im so angry.

I've contacted several times, asked and pleased for help regarding this, booked me another app to see doctor again. When day arrived I was greeted by someone else, not my assigned doctor. She was useless and unable to do anything without the doctors consent?! So why book and waste my time if this woman can't do anything. You promised me a doctor review with my doctor.
You lie and neglected me, used me for my sign up fee and fibbed me off with seriously poor flowers and expected me to suck it up and enjoy!
This is no way to help patients who cry their eyes out nightly.
Thanks for making me more angry and depressed than I was before.
For the additional comment, you know exactly who I am, yet you leave these responses to help people think you are good, when the truth is, if you cared about someone's health you would contact me or them personally.
Can I add further the fact I am once again in the realms of having to deal with young balaclava lads who we know are always tooled up, delivering it to me, which I despise and hate. BUT you and the system would prefer that! I tried to do the right thing. I wanted to.

After seeing the response below it's important to stress that there's no mention of the doctors, and that I was repeatedly lied to. Also, sounds a small issue, but actually ordering when you cannot see both names together is much more difficult and aggravating than it may sound. Supervisor Judith repeatedly insisted that having both names together was a problem, as the long name was not "official" and so there may be an issue regarding misreprentation! It was the most nonsensical, ridiculous and, very obviously, made up objection to a perfectly reasonable point I think I've ever heard.
If they allocated similar resources to patient sanity as they do to rapid responses to reviews maybe that would be a good start.

Of the 5 doctors I've spoken with, 1 did not do anything that we had discussed, so I couldn't even get a prescription and 1 was incredibly rude. Shocking.
Though all Flower products have short codes and long names, they insist on not putting both names on the same page, so a long, laborious, frustrating and painful process to investigate all options and decide what to order.
They then said due to MHRA rules. If I don't like it, contact them.
So, I did. MHRA said utter nonsense as no such rule, so I'd been repeatedly lied to for weeks.
I am paying well over 2k a year and they are meant to help with stress, not cause it. I'm in process of finding a new clinic that wants to help. Curaleaf's insistence that short codes and long names will not be together so it's helpful for patients, indicates to me that their focus is not on helping those of us that are struggling, so best avoided at all costs. Their bizarre explanations/excuses were embarrassingly poor. You have been warned.

Being with Curaleaf is fantastic as it is so easy to get help and today it was Stephanie who helped me book my second appointment as I was rather stuck with why I couldn't get an appointment before the 3rd of July as that is what I was told to do so I asked for help and Stephanie explained that I could not have an appointment before the 3rd as there is No appointments left...so Stephanie booked my appointment...Stephanie was so efficient and very friendly thats exactly what customers want...Mrs Wendy Allan

Curaleaf are very friendly and admin are very fast to get back to you. Kim and the team are brilliant. Been with cura since 2024 . Only ever had a couple of minor probs which admins had sorted in no time for me . The strains are well looked after . Heard some bad things about other clinics but never experienced any of those things with cura myself. Very are very responsible too . If you want to be prescribed a ridiculous amount of medication then look elsewhere . I prefer cura though. They look out for you best interest at heart . Their products are top notch . Well grown and cured to perfection . Don't expect to be prescribed ounce upon ounce . They won't allow that and that's because they are responsible and I like that . Big up curaleaf

I got declined as they listened to nhs doctors/cpn who are against cannabis treatment so bias information. if the nhs was any good and the various treatments I had had worked I wouldn’t be looking at alternatives. Honestely a lot
Will be declined as most nhs doctors I know are against medical cannabis. But got an appointment elsewhere now. To be fair I’m getting a refund but what a waste of time.

Great service, they are really approachable and easy to access support and help. They have a app which is really good. I find it easy to navigate and use, they have patient support via messaging as well as other methods is helpful, prompt and useful. All of my appointments have been really helpful to keep me upto date on what is best to maximise the benefit of my medication. Ypu can also try alternative medications to find what works best for you and they make it easy to change these yourself with support. They use DPD to deliver the medication which comes really quickly (depending on where you live) and securely as you need a pin. Its easy to change your address if you need to so it can still be delivered to you if you aren't at the usual address.

I applied online and linked in with my NHS login. Curaleaf and my GP done all back room stuff for me and I just got given an appointment when it was cleared. James my consultant is great we've been working together 6 months now and I have come off 2 medications with medical cannabis, I'm having great results mentally, also physically due to coming off strong pills. They also provide the pharmacy so the whole process was easy simple and I feel confident and safe working with them along side my GP. Would recommend to anyone who needs this service.

I am writing this as I have spoken to chloe on the phone today to help me get my medication before I go on holiday on the 30th of June and this is the day it will be released to me and by then it will be two late and i will have to go on holiday with no medication which is a problem I don't how I will manage
