We had a wonderful experience at Cullen thanks to Brittany. She was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer our questions without ever making us feel pressured. We really appreciated her gentle approach and that she gave us plenty of space to discuss our options together. It made the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish! Regan was so lovely and guided us through all aspects when choosing my ring! The entire appointment felt so relaxed and Regan was amazing in ensuring all our questions were answered! Thanks Regan!

Hayley was very helpful and knowledgeable, she assisted our decision making and ensured we were satisfied with all aspects of the ring whilst providing valuable insights into the things we were liking and not liking. We did not feel rushed or pressured at all and really enjoyed the experience.

Claudia was amazing!!! My sister and I wanted to shop for our engagement rings together, and Claudia made the experience effortless and fun! She listened to what we wanted, made amazing suggestions, and helped us lock in on a few options. Neither me or my sister knew much about engagement rings, but with Claudia’s expertise, we left feeling educated and confident on the rings that we want. I would recommend Cullen Jewellery to everybody, and especially recommend Claudia!

Had a great experience in the showroom, Ally was so helpful and patient and took the time to explain everything. There were so many options and choices for rings.

I had a great experience shopping for a ring at Cullen! Victoria in the San Francisco location worked with us to try on a bunch of different rings. She was patient and informative throughout, and followed up quickly once we were ready to continue the process. Then we worked with Sherry and Gabrielle in Australia to customize the ring. They were happy to go back and forth with me until everything was to our liking. The time zone difference was not an issue at all. Finally, Victoria worked with me to pick out the perfect stone for the design. Overall everything went smoothly and was stress free!

I had such a good time here. Darius made this experience so seamless and relaxing. I left knowing that I can send my fiancé exactly what I want.

We visited Cullen Jewellery's London Showroom on 14th July to shop for engagement rings and we got assigned a wonderful advisor, Sara.
Before our appointment, I emailed Sara with some of my preferences and what I think I would like, and on the day of my appointment she had everything set up and ready to go. She also had additional stones/rings displayed so I could see a wider range. I ended up selecting my engagement ring with a different stone than what I thought I wanted, so Sara really does have an eye for this!

Sara was so helpful and knowledgable on the day of the appointment. She was so funny as well. We had the absolute best experience with her. Everything from our appointment was summarised in a follow up email and she has also been extremely helpful in our email exchanges.
Sara is working with us closely to iron out a few remaining details, but I will 100% be returning to purchase our wedding bands in the future :) Thanks a million <3

Molly made the experience fun and exciting! Even so I was there alone, she made me feel like I was with a friend. She showed me everything I was looking for and more and I felt like I had a better understanding of all the facets of engagement ring design and what to look out for.

As someone that has little knowledge about jewellery, I was initially very overwhelmed. Brittany was such a welcoming help to the whole process. She guided me through every step and answered all of my questions without making me feel silly. Can’t imagine where I’d be without the assistance, she was great!
