My fiancée and I attended a wedding ring consultation appointment with Madison and she was amazing! She went through every thing with so much detail and showed us so many different options. We ended up deciding on our weddings rings within the consultation. Thank you so much Madison, you made this appointment such a fun and exciting experience for the both of us!

Overall such a great experience, from the show room to the expert service. Symone was fantastic! She was very easy to talk to and had amazing insight into all the factors that I didn’t even consider when choosing an engagement ring, she made it very easy to understand the differences which made my decision a lot easier. Couldn’t have been happier with my experience!

Olivia was nothing short of phenomenal in the process from start to finish.
From providing as much clarity and information in the beginning to being extremely prompt when reaching out to finalise the ring, the whole experience was simply perfect.
The range of options she offered us that fit into our requirements was fantastic, and the variety she provided when trying to find the right diamond to fit the brief was also outstanding.
Also loved the help I received from other staff when I reached out whilst she wasn't available, proving the teamwork and service is second to none.
Will have no issue at all recommending the entire Cullen team, and priviliged to have worked with Olivia.

We had a wonderful experience with Sydney in the Toronto store. She was so friendly, personable and knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help. Would definitely recommend a trip to Cullen.

We were treated with respect and care from the moment we booked our initial appointment up untill I secretly picked up the ring. Katarina made the whole process super easy to follow along and was extremely helpful when it came to stealthily ordering the ring. Even going as far as sending some decoy e-mails to through my fiancé off the scent. Thank you again so much!

Claudia was so kind and easy to converse with. She made recommendations and helped narrow down based off of what I was saying and even just reacting to. I really enjoyed my experience - it felt tailored and special which I appreciated.

Katarina was very warm and extremely knowledgeable. She offered helpful guidance while still allowing me to make my own decisions. She was very helpful but not pushy in any way. I would recommend shopping with her to my friends and peers!

Had an amazing experience looking at engagement rings for the first time. Our consultation was led by William who was very personable and knowledgeable, making the whole experience more comfortable and really good fun. William and Cullen Jewellery clearly showed how dedicated they are to helping people find the exact ring they are looking for.

My appointment with William today was great - it’s such an exciting time as a customer and he was both very helpful and fun to work with. Yes these are big decisions but mostly I think designing a ring for your partner should be fun, and William definitely made this a fun appointment.

I had a great experience today with Olivia at Cullen. From the start she made me feel so comfortable, gave me options and explained the process from start to finish. Olivia was very professional and we had a great chat which helped the appointment run so smoothly.
