Ben was super communicative and accommodating. He offered to do my modifications for free because he wanted to already make that change to the model of watch I had requested. He also went the extra mile to email me on the status of the watch when testing didn’t go as planned and let me know why there would be a delay for quality assurance purposes. Overall amazing experience and it’s clear he really cares about his craft and customers!

I contacted Ben regarding doing some repair work to my customised Seiko. Even though Ben didn’t build my particular watch himself, he agreed to do the repairs. He kept me informed throughout and was prompt at replying to my emails. I received the watch today and it’s better than when I first had it! Great work and a great service! The next customised Seiko I buy will be from Ben, for sure.

Nice watch but . . . I asked for a 12 hour bezel and got a standard diver bezel instead. Not a deal breaker for sure. I would purchase a matching rose gold bracelet if there was one.

Ordered the watch (5KX) as a gift for my dad (as he always loved a the Rolex Yachmaster Gold style and this Seiko mod always sparked my eye. When I got it and opened the box It blew my mind how fantastic it looked!
