Bought a watch a few days ago and I have to say the service and communication couldn’t have been better. I initially had a bit of an issue with PayPal and dropped a note to the store, but as it was an evening at the weekend I really didn’t expect a reply. Not only did Vincent get straight back to me, he instantly resolved the issue. Every element of the transaction after that was exemplary. If you’re looking for a watch, I have no hesitation in recommending MVS.

Just bought an OMEGA Seamaster Railmaster 38mm Watch. It is first class condition, exactly as advertised. I ordered it online in the evening, it was posted the following day, arrived the morning after that (today, Friday March 20), and was beautifully and carefully packed. Vincent kept me up-to-date about the progress of the order. If only all online transactions could go as well as this.
