The Cruise Retail Academy's course was enjoyable. Although I have experience in the field, I have learned a few new and unfamiliar things. demonstrating that learning never ends. I appreciate the Cruise Retail Academy sharing these courses.

It is a great refresher on everything I have learnt about the Luxury Cruise Retail experience.

The explanation of the differences among individual shoppers was very well presented, which helped me gain a clearer and deeper understanding of the topic. Thank you for your effort in further educating us about the retail industry.

This is a fast track cruise lessons ,which helps a lot without spending much energy keep it up team A .I have totally changed ,they I speak.

it is interactive, educational and resourceful. Targeted to equip candidates with suitable knowledge and be fully informed about the roles onboard.
However after my course my diploma Came without a name so I don't know how to prove I studied.

The communication course at was excellent! It boosted my confidence, improved my guest engagement skills, and gave me practical tools for luxury sales and hosting events onboard. Highly recommend!

It’s an unique flat form where you can gain your knowledge on cruise ships SOPs and also different types of jobs which available in cruise lines. And I would like to thank to Mr Adrian who helped a lot through out the process. wishing all the best for Cruise Retail Academy . Really recommend this application.

I found incredible value in this course as I prepared to apply for a job in the retail sector. Looking to apply for a position on board this course gave me an overview of the retail world, as well as opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. The information is up-to-date and provides ideas for improvement as well as suggestions for new courses that enhance knowledge. I feel satisfied and very happy to have completed this first step, so I will continue the learning process.

As I'm searching for job for being a sales associate on cruise ship. CRA training is a game changer. Now I know what is expected of me, and is going to happen. SO it will be easy for me to pass interview and go a new adventure. It's going to be my first contract.
