The good reviews are fake! This app is a FRAUD! As most customers state they will allow you into the app one time to request and advance. Once you request that advance they will LOCK YOU OUT and will not allow you to pay them back but they will keep attempting to take $9.99 monthly fees every month but I blocked their ass from accessing my account. They are FRAUDULENT!!!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE GOOD REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL FAKE AS WELL!!!!!!!! Their app needs to be SHUT THE F*** DOWN AND COMPANY DESERVES A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!

Stay Away From Genie
Do not use them they will lock your account and keep taking monthly fees but want allow you to pay your cash advance and want answer any emails, I been trying to pay them $7.70 for over a year and now they are claiming they can't fetch my information

Take too long to process and to pay out and then you can’t get in contact with nobody when something goes wrong. My account is locked and I don’t even know reason will be canceling!!! 👎🏽

Permanently disabled
This app had PERMANENTLY DISABLED my account 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 all because when I tried to get a cash boost they said I wasn't eligible for it and I deleted my bank account and debit card and then out of nowhere my card got charged for 9.99 I had my bank freeze my account because of that and I deleted my card and bank off the app when I wasn't approved due to not enough banking history and when I re-download the app my bank was linked back for them to charge me so they had to refund me my money back which they did on March 26th and they permanently disabled my account after I removed my bank account and debit card off for the second time 🤣🤣🤣🤣☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️ how yall go permanently disable my account just because yall had to refund me my 9.99 back after I wasn't approved for an advance 🤣🤣🤣🤣☠️☠️☠️☠️😂😂😂😂😂

You know at first I wasenjoying the app to pay out from reward that you earned through playing games was in my bank account 5 days after I ended which was long but manageable. Well I'm going on two weeks now for my second cash out I've emailed support numerous of times it's been 13 days and I cannot get a single response from them. Horrible customer service

I have used this app once for a boost…
I have used this app once for a boost then got rid of it. I didn't even sign up for the membership but they keep taking money out of my bank account or try to. They have already took out $9.99 twice and when I got done writing this review I get a notice they are trying to take money out of my account!! I have tried to go back on the app to erase my information especially my bank information but it won't let me sign in to do that. I have talked with customer service they claim I owe a outstanding balance which is total BS!! I have wrote back with no response of why they keep taking money out of my account. They need to stop messing with my bank account I do not recommend this app at all. I work in customer service, the difference between them and me that I'm honest and don't feed people a bunch of bullshit!! So watch your bank accounts!!
