Credit Genie started out fine....then
Credit Genie started out fine. Then the overcharges started to happen. First the monthly fee charged 2 times. They would catch it then refund you. Then the payment started to double. This last time, they charged me $167.99 3 times over a holiday weekend. Then tell me it may take 5 business days on there end to correct the situation. Credit Genie needs a new system. I wouldn't trust them anymore. Seems like they are trying to boost there numbers and leave people helpless while they take there time refunding you. I'm really disappointed as they were easy to use. No more, will cancel. Update: They processed a refund on the 6th claiming 24 hours. It is now the 10th, "No Refund" as of yet 🤷🏾♂️.

I wouldn’t even give them one star, this is a HORRIBLE app. They’ve charged me over $200 multiple times, completely unauthorized. They have no contact number, the dumb chat bot doesn’t do shit, the only way to contact anyone is to submit a message WHICH NEVER GETS A RESPONSE. They’ve now stolen over $500 from me. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!

Credit Genie is a Scam!!
This Credit Genie charged my card at 1 o'clock in the morning which was my first indication something wasn't right. I tried contacting them and as usual a person with such a heavy accent answered and I couldn't understand him or her. Then I found out its connected to Credit One Bank and online games. I'm so sick of companies like this and their scams! So now I have to cancel my card and wait weeks to get my money back!

Awful, too many error, processing is so long the payment would be considered late. 5 days to process from direct withdrawal is insane. It actually takes 5 whole days, sometimes 7. Definitely would not recommend.. it doesn’t help with anything. Loans stay at a standstill very low no matter the amount in your account. Almost no customer service, dates randomly change for withdrawal after already signed up for the withdrawal. It’s one of the worst I’ve tried. Definitely would not recommend. They definitely emailed me to ask me to share my experience.

Please please dont take cash advance from this scam company. I applied for cash advance for 100 and didnt get credited yet but they debited 804.93 ( 7 * 114.99) transactions so far. I created several tickets and no responses at all. really scam company and horrible service. I am going to file a case against that company as without authorization they debited my account. please dont take from this stupid scam money and have better apps if you want.

Horrible
Horrible! I can't add my debit card; it says it's a gift card. To try again, I have to wait 24 hours which I did. It told me the same thing again. I tried robo chat and AI customer service, no help at all even though it says they are open 9am to 5 pm every day. You really can't use their "instant" boost cash without a debit card.
