I used to think they were great, and they really wanted to help, but things changed when I went through a financial hardship. I got hung up on, laughed at by their live representatives stating I don’t want to take responsibility when that is not true at all. I hope none of their staff ever have to go through what I am personally in my life right now. When they have no idea what I have been through and currently going through. The nerve of asking for personal information in regards to a reason why you may need help with your account , but I told them I shouldn’t have to give my personal reasons that involve confidential and HIPAA information , but I feel like unless I give them a reason they wouldn’t be willing to help. I’m not going to make something up. I hope no one has to deal identity theft because I did and there are certain things I still cannot do because of what happened. I can show proof if needed but I was just laughed at and they thought I was lying because some of the options I was unable to utilize. They didn’t believe me. I will never look at this company the same. They truly made me feel like a low life. Now after my recent experience makes me that much more nervous to reach out to credit acceptance for any kind of help. Other dates include 9/08/26 and 9/09/26

This company gave me a chance to rebuild/build upon my credit. I now have a newer model honda crv as my previous was 21 years old. My payments are reasonable and are deducted as advised.

The initial process to start is easily setup. Easy to use online portal/website to manage accounts & make/modify payments.

This was my first car purchase by myself and didnt know what to expect. Though we worked over the phone, each conversation felt like they were actively trying to help. They helped me set up the auto pay for my auto pay and how it would save me a finance charge.

Associate should be able to help and give more then one option for helping.
