Since 1972, Credit Acceptance has offered automobile dealers financing programs to help them sell vehicles to consumers, regardless of their credit history. These programs are offered through a nationwide network of automobile dealers who benefit from sales of vehicles to consumers who otherwise could not obtain financing; from repeat and referral sales; and from sales to customers who come into the dealership believing they have credit issues, but qualify for traditional financing. Further, we report to the three national credit reporting agencies, giving consumers an opportunity to improve their credit score and potentially qualify for more traditional financing.

Dishonest Lender

Was told I was paying 12.99 interest. Then you tacked on an extended warranty that I had no choice in choosing the provider then raised my interest to 18.99. I could have put it on my credit card!
I called when I became disabled and the gentleman I spoke with was not only unhelpful but very rude. I feel I’ve been scammed!

I was only 2 days late on my payment…

I was only 2 days late on my payment and I received 3 phone calls and there is no grace period to make a payment. I was told to make a payment before the end of the month and there is no discount for early payoff. Otherwise, the company is ok I guess

They are not helpful at all

They are not helpful at all. When asking simple questions, I either get different answers from different reps or no answer at all. They are not military friendly and in fact they seem to avoid questions even more if they know you're military. They've been sued multiple times for deceptive practices and i would not recommend this company to anyone.
