Craggs Energy Reviews 

We have used Craggs for a number of years now and we have consistently found them to offer a competitive price. We always select the 10 day delivery lead time as it is cheapest but rarely does it ever take that long. Phil was very helpful in looking into a problem we have had with a technical glitch on the web site when ordering.

I have ordered from Craggs now a few times. On each occasion, the process has been efficient, easy and a pleasure. I 've delay with Phil both times, always knowledgeable and helpful. The orders have always arrived very early in the delivery window which is amazing! Keep.up the good work, we wiĺl be back for more.

Ordered oil last week after struggling with online rang and spoke to someone Explained I had struggled with ordering online. He was extremely helpful and sorted the order quickly and efficiently. He even rang me back later after speaking to their IT man and explained how to do it that way going forward it arrived the next day

I place my gas oil deliverys with Danny Almond on a regular basis, always turn up on time and will try to help when needed at short notice, also price match other companies to keep the business.

I speak with Danny quite often and he is always happy to help even when I am late with my order (sorry Danny), the service from him is amazing and I cant fault him or the company! I have been using Craggs for a few months now and the customer service and delivery have been really good and always on time, I would definitely recommend Craggs.

Have used Craggs since moving over the border in Dec 18, oil deliveries are always prompt, fairly priced and the delivery chaps are very helpful! Also had a new tank installed last year by Craggs and was a good job done!

I have recently swapped to oil central heating and love to support local businesses, so I used Craggs. I have had 3 deliveries from them so far and they have been great.
I got the most recent 500litres at a lower price because it was on one of their 'green' delivery slots where they were already delivering in my area.
They were a couple of days late because a tanker had broken down. This happens to us all, so as long as you don't let your tank run dry, this won't be a problem.
They have always been efficient and really polite when I've called.
I was shocked to read the poor reviews on here. I can only speak from my experience.

I’ve been dealing with this company as long as they have been open, and having oil deliveries every other month I’ve never been let down. They monitor my level, advise me when I need to order and deliver exactly when they say they will they once even dug my drive out after a heavy snow fall. Highly recommended.

Reading previous reviews I may not have used these but as my oil was delivered today as requested I have no complaints. The cost was very reasonable and I received an email confirmation of my order and a text advising of the delivery date.....a lot more than I got from Boilerjuice who didn’t text and didn’t turn up! So very grateful for a good experience with Craggs, many thanks.
