Cragg’s energy offer me such a great service. They call when my tank is getting low and arrange a delivery so that I never run out. This is vital in our winter months. I use the Rangeklean additive, as it reduces the amount of soot generated, and I’ve not had any problems from the aga since. It is well worth it and I thoroughly recommend it, and Cragg’s.

A Satisfied Customer
After several years with another company I switched to Craggs two or three years ago. At first it was price - far cheaper than competitors, but now it is not only price but also the real helpfulness and friendliness of the staff whenever I need to talk to the office. Furthermore they are prompt in delivery, almost always delivering before the anticipated date.

Placing my oil order on the phone was very pleasant and clear, the price was in-line with different suppliers. They contacted me the day before delivery to confirm delivery would take place in the next 24 hours. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Trustworthy, reliable and friendly service!
We have been using Craggs for our skip hire business and for personal for a number of years now and we’ve always been really happy with the service they provide. It’s easy to get through to someone on the phone and deliveries are always on time. The drivers are all very helpful and always seem to be the same rotation of guys so that says a lot in itself.
