So much fun… but odds got killed
I really really like the platform. My only qualm is the drop rates. When I first started it felt like the odds were actually a bit more reasonable with house edge being obviously high, but now it feels like house edge is higher than 84-86% and that’s steered me away from it. I will always hop on when there’s codes or to do some of the lower tier packs, but unfortunately it’s slowly fallen into the category of bad gambling instead of a “oh sub 60% house edge” that I experienced my first time using!
Fun way to get slabs
I enjoy courtyard’s limited packs. My best pull is from their vintage only packs and it was a cgc pristine feraligatr from neo premium file.
It’s just plain fun.
Great site
Constant innovation, UI design has been improving continuously over the last 2 years and it's impressive to see how far the site has come - whilst still keeping the main functions in the centre of the user experience.
Best digital collecting experience
Courtyard offers the best digital collecting experience I've come across. The app is super smooth, the catalogue of collectibles extensive, and above all its a really entertaining experience.
Worse experience Ever
I have had a card not get delivered. Stopped in Texas and said can’t be delivered. Also have been trying to verify my id and still can’t and no one seems to help from customer service.
Best place for collectors!!
Overall experience with Courtyard has…
Overall experience with Courtyard has been overwhelmingly positive. Definitely the best repack company/app I have utilized. Shipping times have improved since I started using them, which is another major plus. There have been some hiccups with funds transfers but nothing that was a substantial issue. Their buyback offers typically run higher than other apps, though at times it seems like their FMV (fair market value) isn't quite as on the ball as others. But, that can be beneficial for either party, so take that how you will. Overall great service and fun app to play around on.
Interesting patterns, people, and packs.
I’ve enjoyed a lot of what I’ve pulled, but sometimes you see the same cards getting pulled over and over again until someone decides to keep the card instead of selling it back. There are times where a lot of the same card but different cert numbers are pulled at relatively the same time and that doesn’t look fun. Alternatively there are different hits sorted by like a color for the tier list. That tier has a range. For example one range may be $50-$100 and almost every card I see pulled from that tier will barely be more than $50. That doesn’t seem optimally fair. Also I’m sure this is exactly how percentages typically work, but if you notice a certain pack dropping bad pulls back to back to back, a decent pull is on its way and it seems like a lot of people open with this in mind if you pay attention to the timing of when a pack starts getting opened rapid-fire. Just interesting things I’ve noticed while using Courtyard. I’m sure I’ll notice more as I continue paying attention.
Edit: I also forgot to add at times it will temporarily take your money without giving you a pack, but you will always get that money back in a few days, just a little irritation in the process. Also sometimes you will see a card pulled with a lower market value than what it says is even possible in the odds, but when that happens they will still give a buyback offer that is equal to if it’s market value was the minimum you could’ve gotten given the odds of that pack.
The fact that I know the cards are…
The fact that I know the cards are real. If I pull a card I dont want, I have the option to sell it for 90% only sell it on there platform for free.
The layout is very clean
The layout is very clean. I really appreciate how easy it is to navigate. I like doing the daily spins for points. I also like the draws they do for slabs by using the points. I would truly appreciate a promo voucher if the right person sees this 🤣. I love courtyard and try to send referral links when I can.

Your call to action to fix problems and 1 week to answer or get back to you for customer service inquiries is unacceptable.
You can definitely get a high value…
You can definitely get a high value item for way less than it's worth. And selling back to Courtyard is very easy and convenient. When I sent my slabs home they were shipped and received within one day which is awesome.

Overall very fun app to use and amazing service if there is any problems occurring! Very happy with my experience here
Some small issues and long waiting time
Some small issues and long waiting time on delivery but other than that great app and and customer service
Great Pulls
My best pull has been a 1999 1st Es Kabutops holo and a Jp 151 Pikachu AR. Great platform, so awesome for building your slab collection.
Good card and perfect delivery and service
Easy to use platform and good customer…
Easy to use and legitimate platform with good customer service. Only knock is sometimes the pool for a tier gets low and they don’t inform you. You end up seeing the same lower value card get repulled in a short amount of time and that feels bad.
Most everything on courtyard is really…
Most everything on courtyard is really good. The pull rates are fair and I have gotten so.e really good pulls. Only thi g that sucks about it is the point system. Its not even remotely fair at all. It cost so much points for a pack but u get a tiny amount of points per pack you buy. Its just completely unfair to get 30 points for a 25 dollar pack then charge 5000 for a free one. That's just not right.
Overall one of the better platforms for…
Overall one of the better platforms for repacked slab experience. FMV sometimes isn't as up to date to card ladder. the percentage rates fluctuate a decent amount on the $2500 pokemon pack, which i understand is from different inventory but i think being a bit more consistent there would be optimal. i know markets fluctate on cards so its hard.. overall having the marketplace and showing most recent pulls is a plus compared to competitors. customer service responds prompt, is helpful and is responsive after work hours which is nice and impressive.
