This one is an absolute necessity for summer lounging and sleeping, if you wish to remain at a cooler temperature whilst beeing well covered. Easy and helpful
Ease of purchase was especially good for us as these wonderful boots were located at a local garden centre.
The assistant was helpful in finding suitable sizes. The boots are beautifully comfortable.

Burgundy Fleece.
I bought my husband a fleece in the sale online and when it arrived found it was the wrong size so took it to the cotton traders shop who ordered a bigger size which came a few days later. He is very pleased with his fleece and was even better as it was in the sale. The staff at cotton traders Lincoln were very helpful.

Perfect young salesman
Have been shopping with Cotton traders for years now in Lincoln branch and last week had to return some click and collect items as too small but wanted to reorder in a larger size so I took them back to store and was served a a very polite, helpful and pleasant young man who's name was Max.
I've been in retail for all my working life and have never met such a perfect salesman of this young age.
Everyone is more than eager to write a bad review about service given to them so am more than happy to do the opposite.
Well done Max and thank you, you will go a long way if you continue this way.

stretchy jeans
Ordered stretchy jeans online. I was informed by email at all stages when they would arrive separately. Staff in the shop friendly and efficient.
Best of all, the jeans fit and are the right length for 5ft me.

I had the parcel delivered to the store which meant I could try on he item straight away and could return it easily if no good. Fortunately it was perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Not up to usual standards
The quality of the jumpers are just not there. They look lovely in the pictures but thin and flimsy material. I would be happy to pay double the price for a thicker and more robust product. I’m still happy to shop with Cotton Traders - but not for men’s jumpers. Bought shirts last year and they were superb!

We do apologise that the jumpers were not what you expected we understand that there may be some issues with buying online in terms of the material and the feel of the jumpers so your comments will be passed on to the relevant department.
