Shirt and jeans order
Easy to order and as the outlet at Stapleton is not far from my home I picked it up from there and enjoyed a coffee T the same time

Good service easily rectified a faulty item.
There was a fault in my item, ordered online. I was able to return it in person to my local outlet. The Cotton Traders staff at Woodlands, Stapleton dealt with my concern, found me a replacement and arranged the refund then payment. All achieved with their usual kindness and professionalism.
The navy cord skirt is lovely, such a shame it wasn’t also made in brown to match the current trend for autumn colours!

Almost bought an Autumn jacket
Almost bought an Autumn jacket. Material was perfect but too long on my arms. Quality and value was excellent.
Nevertheless I tried alternatives in store but couldn't get right fit, but staff very helpful, and easy to do business online.

Collecting from a local stockist is so convenient for me.
This is so important in this home delivery era. It means I can get a feel of the fabric and its drape when I try the clothes on in store. Also, I get to look around the store at other items I might be interested in, which obviously means future purchases are more likely.

Happy with purchase
Tried Comfort Cargo Shorts on at Gates Garden Centre Stapleton but they did not have size in the colours we wanted so ordered online. Ordering was easy and delivery made in good time. They fit well and look smart and quality in line with the price paid . Unfortunately the standard cargo shorts (not tried on before ordering) were considerably too small (more than could be attributed to there being no elastic sides) and the quality of fabric was not very good. We returned to Gates at Stapleton where the friendly staff processed refund without question.
