Delivery was fine, shame about returns
Delivery was fine. Returns take forever though and there’s no option to exchange for another size. Means you’re losing business as I had to return things for a refund when I’d have taken replacements in a smaller size if that was offered. Instead you need to re-order - I’m not doing that when it takes nearly a month to get the refund on the original order as I’m out of pocket.

I purchased a jacket from you 2 months…
I purchased a jacket from you 2 months ago. I wanted it in both colours but you only had one. Last week I noticed you had the other colour back in so I went for it only this time it came creased to beggary and I can't steam them out. To be very fair you have offered me a full refund incl postage but you can't replace it as you are out of stock. I did ask if you would pay for a dry cleaners to press it but the answer was no.

Poor Customer Service
Lovely clothes, but customer service needs improvement.
I’ve been happy with the quality and style of the clothes I’ve ordered from Cotton Traders, and I have no complaints about the products themselves. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service has been disappointing.
I recently returned an item and have received no confirmation or acknowledgement that the return has been received. I’ve also found the response rate to emails to be very poor, with little to no communication unless I chase things up.
It’s frustrating because the products are genuinely lovely, but good customer service is an important part of the overall shopping experience. Clear communication and a simple confirmation when a return is received would make a huge difference.
Hopefully this is something Cotton Traders can improve, as I would like to continue ordering from them.

Quick delivery. Easy to order online. The trousers are good quality and what really pleased me was they came in a size 25" leg which fitted me perfectly. I dont know anywhere else that does this size. If you get other colours in, I will be buying more
