Never saw this unit work

Never saw this unit work. It tripped our electrical breaker each time we tried plugging it in whether or not the heater function was turned on or off. The side switch and instruction booklet contradict each other as to what is in or off. Nevertheless. We tried different circuits and no different outcome. Unit must be wired wrong.

3 weeks waiting for my shippment

Been waiting 3 weeks for the stand for my mini split not impressed ! Can't put up my unit till I have it..shipping it terrible!

Costway good, SEEL NOT GOOD

My Costway experience was good. My problem is with SEEL, the company used to ship the order. I received my shipment damaged and since June 8, 2026, when I sent an email to get my situation resolved, I have not received a reply. It was not my decision to use SEEL. It looks like it was part of the cost of the item I purchased.

Good and sturdy product ( kids bunk…

Good and sturdy product ( kids bunk bed), shipping was faster than expected and the 2 boxes arrived in good shape! 👍 The instructions were simple and every pieces had a letter and number to figure it fast so it took me an afternoon by myself to build it !

I have received a box with an 18 inch gash in it. I spoke with a service rep who said someone would be in touch in 24 hours. I did not expect AI to repond to my damaged box.

update: I reached a Customer Rep who has agreed to send me a return label at no cost to me.
