Very disappointed with the unit since…

Very disappointed with the unit since it didn't start. After all the trouble shooting that I was told to try. Nothing worked. Luckily I am getting a full refund.

Assembly near impossible

It took a total of about 10 hours over a few sessions to finally assemble these chairs. The main issue was that the seat bolt holes do not align properly, which made installation extremely difficult. All six bolts need to be positioned at the same time while balancing both the seat and the backrest, which was unnecessarily frustrating and time-consuming.

While the chairs do look nice once assembled, the seats are very firm. Customer service was quick to respond when we reached out, but ultimately we had to resolve the issue ourselves.

Unfortunately, based on this experience with Costway furniture, we will not be purchasing from this brand again.

Putting it together was very hard

Putting it together was very hard. Specially the longer nuts. One bolt was wrapped. I had to pay someone to put it together. Won’t recommend anyone to buy it.

it seems like its just a big fan .

it seems like its just a big fan .. it doesn't blow cool air not like the one i saw at a friend's shop and she did not put ice in the unit.

May we confirm if you have added water and turned on the "COOL" mode? When used as a regular fan, no water is needed. But for the cooling function, please make sure to add water and the ice packs. 3 star delivery/5 star item

I gave 3 stars for my experience - the items are great andwere packed well. Communication re delivery wasnot good. I immediately received a shipping notice and then no communication for 10 days. When i reached out to customer service they were good and offered a 10% "good faith" refund but could not give me a delivery date. The items finally arrived but with very little notice. The items are good quality and easy to assemble.

When I ordered my item I wasn’t told…

When I ordered my item I wasn’t told that it was sold out in Canada so was coming for the states, which meant a much longer wait. It has now been stuck at a facility in my city for a week. This is a pool cover that we need to be using and had we known it would take this long, we wouldn’t have ordered it. There’s been no communication about the delay, had to contact the company to find out, and no resolution. This is a $200 item that we need and we have no idea when it will come. Makes us very hesitant to buy from this company ever again.

Chairs I ordered were defected

Chairs I ordered were defected.
One leg the plastic wicker was not attached. One of the backs has a faulty bolt hole that we can get a bolt all the way in.

Chairs are comfortable,wrong bolts encl

Damaged product

Damaged product. There was a dent in the side panel. The delivery took far too long. Ordered on June 2nd and recieved on June 17th. Website says 7-10 days. I called and customer service was no help.
