The master the doctor falls jacket that I received was in mint condition, the delivery was prompt and I emailed cosdaddy that I needed it before a convention on the 8th of March and it arrived today only 9 days after I placed the order, the person who I emailed was polite and helpful, the jacket is amazing, thank you so much.
I received this costume today, then I can't wait to open it up. I chose the Discovery Science Silver one. Cause I love the character, and I also found the tailoring is good enough, the measurements fit me well. They totally hundred percent cutting it based on my size data(as I sent them). And the customer service responded quickly and patiently. Good job.

The worst customer service poor English emails ever. Bought an item, item is too small and no one has even bothered to sort this out. I am going to a star trek convention and I will be telling everyone to stay as far away from this company. I have still not been given refund despite spending a lot of money.
Great costume for Doctor Who But a bit expensive considering it was too long and I had to get friend to shorten it for me

I ordered an SG1 black uniform Jacket on 6th January 2023 with a maximum delivery time of 4 weeks. When it didn't arrive I sent several emails with no response. On the 7th March I started the refund process through PayPal. That seemed to force their hand and it arrived a week later.
I ordered the uniform patches through amazon, which arrived quicker than stated, and I then realised the velcro sections on the arms on the jacket are far too low. I've had to unpick the velcro sections and order a set of iron on patches.
Size chart was way off, product I ordered was very baggy and didn't fit well at all, despite the fact I thoughly checked the size charts and my own measurements. Took weeks to arrive, and yet to recieve an email back after filing to return the item. Absolute scam
