Easy to work with, great product, so cute!

So much fun!

Paul answered all of my questions and helped me with my order. Even though I changed the items and quantities, he still adjusted the invoice within 2 minutes so that I could place my order. He was friendly and efficient! I will definitely order again!

Mascot store made the experience of selecting a mascot simple , our vision of what we wanted to color selection , to a mascot that will be enjoyed by many !

We had a missing item, but Paul & Autumn have been extremely helpful in this process; it was an easy process and easy fix because of their help. The bear mascot came out to be perfect for our department's Happy Bear.

Paul was of great help to get a mock up started for our school mascot costume we are looking to purchase!

Just received our mascot in the mail and it is awesome. Customized and very detail was correct. I was hesitant because so many of these online places to order from seem sketch, but I can attest that this website and product is legit!
