I don't think I have EVER had an interaction with a company like this in my life.
I ordered a costume for my daughter on October 9th. The website said "Please note that it won't be delivered on Halloween is you purchase after 12th Oct". On October 24th - I went online to check the status of my package and it still said that it was "being prepared". At that point I contacted their customer service through chat. They missed the order and didnt send it out until I sent this note. In the following week while I was checking on this (I had a KID waiting for a costume for Halloween - you cant just HOPE it comes - you need a plan if it doesnt!) The unprofessional customer service told me I ordered the wrong size (assured them 3 times I did not), that I didnt order in time (clearly I did) and the kicker - on the 30th - told me it MIGHT make it there on time (like I hadnt already had to make alternate plans!) To top it off - now they will not let me return the costume even though I was not able to use it due to THEIR errors. Such a joke and unprofessional. Do not use.

I ordered a Wonder Woman 84 cosplay costume and got all the parts and material is pretty, however I ordered and paid extra for a custom fitting and when I received it, it was not customized at all. The zipper on the top piece broke right away because the zipper is very small and fragile. The hand wraps were frayed, and I had to replace straps for gauntlets and shin guards.

If we are talking about AceCosplay, yes! I receive it on time, good quality. I live in Brisbane and my Sub Zero Costume arrived. I loved it.

I’m a fan of the marvel and Harry Potter.Last year i received the clothes of Harry Potter’s and the workmanship of it is absolutely fabulous.There’s also a wand which is totally free with it.Though the size is a little bit not suitable the customer help me solve the problem quickly and made a a partial refund.The service is great. Aww this year it’s so surprise for me to find they have the Agatha’s clothing made.I’m planing to buy this.🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

I found this online store half a month ago, I think it was worth buying. Generally speaking, the product categories are different. It has different themes, a series of movies, and some original characters' costumes. For me, I like Spiderman, then I got a Spiderman costume. The tailoring is so good. Meanwhile, the support team will respond to me as in time if I have any doubts or problems during the period. That's what I grateful for.

I was shipped the wrong size. The tags were removed so I have no idea what size I was sent but it's clearly way too big. Contacted company Dec 2023 and was told to send them the measurements of items I received which I did. Then they asked for photo proof of measurements which I sent. As of Jan 2024 they still have not refunded or advised if they would ship correct size. I now have an outfit I can't possibly wear and am being forced to prove to them that they sent me the wrong size rather than have them fix their mistake.

I recently purchased the Assassin's Creed Mirage costume from Accosplay and was thoroughly impressed. Although the delivery was slightly delayed, the quality of the costume made up for it. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and material quality are outstanding. It's a fantastic representation of the game's character and quite comfortable to wear. The Accosplay team was also helpful throughout the process. Despite the wait, I'm delighted with the purchase and gladly rate it 5 stars for its excellent quality

My mate ordered off them and they didn't send it out. Gave a wrong tracking number and overall terrible service. The two positive reviews on trip advisor right now are fake. They have both submitted two reviewson their accounts, saying good thing about ac cosplay and cosdaddy. Seems like they are paid reviews. I wouldn't risk it, very dodgy company. And clearly they don't have a good reputation anywhere else.

I ORDERED A COSTUME AND THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL A WEEK LATER SAYING IT WOULD BE 3 MORE WEEKS LATER THAN ORGINALLY STATED. I TOLD THEM TO REFUND IT AND THEY SAID FOR $39,99 MORE WE CAN EXPRESS SHIP IT!!????
NO JUST WANT MY REFUND!!!!! THEY SAID OK RFUND IN 24 HOURS. NOPE , NOTHING YET 5 DAYS LATER!! IT SHIPS FROM CHINA!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!BEWARE

I attempted to return product immediately after receipt. Never opened package. Received one email asking why returning. Explained individual could not use due to hospitalization. No response! Have sent 5 requests! Do not trust! They do not stand by what the state regarding returns!

I ordered Barbie Cowgirl outfit for a special screening of Barbie. it arrived on the date expected, perfect in every single area.Highly recommend it!

This dress is just as expected - fits great and is super comfortable. I'm absolutely buying another Barbie dress
