Relax! CCS make it easy.

I cannot fault the process of surveys and registration thus far, CCS have been very patient with me! I look forward to the next stage with CCS. They have shone where others previously took a deposit and then did nothing.

Brilliant pleasing reduction.

I had one person throughout dealing with my business rates appeal which was really good to help with continuity. The final result was slightly more than a 50% reduction in the rate able value which was excellent.

Cowboys

Cowboys - take your money and do nothing...

Their business model is convincing that there is a case by their assessor , take your money then not do anything further. Filing a check and claim is easy and they are not interested in it progressing further.

I have dealt with four people so far in connection with instructing them to carry out my rates appeal which seems fairly inefficient and lacking continuity. Most of them have been helpful and sensible.
