I was reticent to try new shampoo and conditioner but the perimenopausal itchiness just got too much to bear and I bought the intro pack of detox shampoo, shampoo and conditioner after seeing an ad on my feed. From the very first wash the itchiness was gone. My hair feels squeaky clean as opposed to the slick and coated texture I was used to with high street brands. My hair and especially scalp is feeling so much healthier. Brilliant product, I am recommending to all my friends.

What makes a business or company good; its not how good or bad the product is but how good or bad the customer care and service is.

I have used amazing products but customer care / service experience was so bad that I never went back. I have used products that did not work for me but the customer care experience was so good that I went back to try something that may work.

The brand is clean and conscientious. Good value for money with a brilliant Spring Sale offers. Delivery was super quick. A great thumbs up to this Independent business. I can tell they have and continue to put a lot of who they are into their business; which ethical values and passion.

I absolutely love the shampoo and conditioner from the Cornish Seaweed company. Never thought it would make such a difference as I am a sceptic about anything I read. I originally bought very expensives top brand shampoos and conditions thinking they were the best with no rubbish in them and they did help my fine coloured hair to a point. I am 56 years old with coloured curly hair which is thin and wispy. Ive been using this shampoo and conditioner now for 3 months. They smell lovely and you can tell its a good quality product. At first I wasnt sure I liked it. It felt dry my hair after washing. I ordered my second lot around a month later as I wash my hair every day as I had started to notice a change. I do however seem to use more conditioner than shampoo. My hairdresser at this point told me I didnt need my ends cutting as she didnt see any breakage. I didnt tell her about the change to my shampoo. After three months it was time to see the hairdresser again. At this point I had noticed my hair was soft and much thicker. When she was colouring my hair she noticed the difference in my hair too almost straightaway. She noticed the hair was thicker and again with no breakage and asked me if I had changed my shampoo. She is now recommending to her customers. My 82 year mother has just started to use it after feeling the strength and softness of my hair. So watch this space. Ive now started to use the oils on my face and skin. We will see if that makes a difference. I really highly recommend using the shampoo, condition and the heat spray as I use straighterners. The products have changed my hair beautifully.

I absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner and soap my hair feels and looks so clean and shiny I also love the scalp brush to wash your hair with never had one of these before but I’m definitely now a fan thank you 🙏 been using this for the last two weeks.

I love these products the shampoo conditioner body wash and the eye gel have been using the shampoo and conditioner and my scalp no longer itches and my hair feels so much better
As I have sensitive skin and both smell amazing The body wash is so good too has a lovely smell and makes you feel clean and refreshed love the eye gel it has really helped with the bags under my eyes that area now feels so much better I will be buying these products again they have really helped my skin

I have tried everything to help my itchy scalp and spent a fortune on serums and special shampoos, just 2 washes with this kit and it’s so much better. Hoping the improvement continues. Such a relief !

Smells divine. I first discovered your oil on holiday in Looe and immediately fell in love. It’s aroma is especially lovely at night aiding sleep.

Poor customer service. I love the shampoo and conditioner and have been using it for last couple of years. It has made a massive difference to my hair during the menopause. I ordered the Light Hold Mousse to give it a go. It just came out like water, even after shaking the bottle. I messaged through the contact us form 10 days ago and heard nothing back. I then emailed and got a response straight away saying that they would contact me again in 2 to 3 days and that was 5 days ago. The email also said not to contact them again otherwise my query would go to the bottom of the queue. Really disappointed with the customer service. I keep getting emails with offers for the products but no response on my query.

My order never arrived. I e mailed the company and received an e mail which wasn’t very customer friendly, it also stated that trying to contact them by any other method my request for help would go to the back of the queue. I appreciate the lost order wasn’t t their fault but they have a terrible customer service leaving me wanting a refund and not knowing when that will even happen as they probably haven’t even looked into my missing order yet
update on my order the Bio-Active moisturiser ( ordered 15/5/26 )arrived today 26/5/26 unexpectedly. The product itself is wonderful, thick and luxurious, absorbs really well into the skin no greasy feel afterwards just left skin feeling lovely and soft.
I am a returning customer and love their products, my only frustration is the poor customer service when things go wrong.

I requested a refund as product not suitable. Had a reply after 4 days offering a different product. Have replied back to them asking once again how to return and get a refund. The website does say you can get a refund. I hope it's not another 4-5 days. Cannot get through on the telephone. Feel very let down.

Positives: shampoo and conditioner do make a difference to my hair, with it feeling very light, and bringing out the colour and shine.

Negatives: The shampoo doesn't lather very well and you end up using a lot of it compared to the conditioner.
My order arrived and I was very confused, five pumps instead of six, and two dented containers. I emailed customer service about this and I have heard nothing back at all. As well as emailing customer service, I have put two comments on different posts on Instagram, and they also haven't been replied to. This is very poor customer service.

So, to sum up, yes my hair feels great after washing, but you have to use a large amount of shampoo because it doesn't lather well. Customer service is hugely poor.
Would I recommend this company? I'm sitting on the fence with that one...

Bought this on my mission to address the dry scaly patches on my elbows that appeared 12 months ago when I was 57(psoriasis) having tried the heavily chemical based creams and eczema creams I thought I’d try this as the otc stuff didn’t really do great deal tbh. This balm seems to hold the moisture in, it’s the best I’ve tried yet and what’s better is that I can use it everywhere else as well. A little goes a very long way and I’ve now got one in my car and at home so I can reapply whenever. It does need reapplying regularly - for me it does anyway- but when they’re saturated they don’t hurt and split. They do look significantly better. The unfragranced smells okay and isn’t greasy, easy to carry tin and affordable - I’m sticking with this for the moment and would recommend trying it out.

After using the Cornish seaweed shampoo & conditioner for only 3 weeks, l have noticed a difference in my hair texture, colour & scalp. I have dry, frizzy, wavy hair then tends to do anything other than what l want but since using both products, l'm pleased to say 'no more'. I also am able to leave it to dry naturally then at the last minute use a hair dryer to finish it off & it doesn't 'frizz'. I've also lost the yellow streaks in my grey hair but most importantly, my scalp is getting better by every use. Psoriasis of the scalp is now disappearing. Most importantly though, today l visited my hairdresser who asked what l've been using on my hair as the hair, colour & texture has improved so much since my last visit. To say l'm very happy is an understatement. Would l recommend the Cornish Seaweed shampoo & conditioner, you bet l would. 

I can not give enough praise for this company and range of facial products! Having suffered from problematic skin for most of my life I am always very weary about trying new products in fear of reacting and making things worse. As an ezcema sufferer on my hands and face, I have tried just about everything on the market, both under medical prescription and alternative routes. I was recommended giving these products a try but also very conscious that anything containing essential oils or certain natural ingredients can sometimes cause almighty flare ups and make my skin even worse! I have now been using the facial oils, both the sand oil and super nutrient oil, repair balm and lip balm for a week and what a difference!! My skin has completely calmed down, dryness and redness disappeared and my skin has gone from dull to glowing, hydrated, soft and healthy looking in the space of seven days. It has been quite remarkable the difference in a short space of time! I might finally have found a company whose products my skin loves and won a battle that has been a major struggle for most of my life. So glad I decided to give them a go, it’s been a game changer so far - thank you The Cornish Seaweed Company!

There was an immediate improvement in the softness and thickness of my hair. I use the Purple shampoo and it is worth every penny. Good for my hair, my purse (you don't need much, nor as often) and good for the environment. All round wins!

I've just bought my second pot of Renewal Bio-Active moisturiser and I'm really loving the results. My skin feels soft and looks fresh. I have the confidence to go out without makeup which is a fabulous feeling. It may serm expensive but a little goes a long way so probably no more than some of the cheaper products, I love the dinky little spatular which helps control the quantity used.

I bought the Super Nutrient Haircare Set 3 for 2 and am really impressed. My hair feels thicker. It has more body and easier to style. I like the fact that it is all natural products. The Company are open and friendly and want to make sure I am happy with their products. I will definitely continue to use their products.

I’m a bit disappointed I didn’t start using the super nutrient shampoo and conditioner sooner! I used to have to wash my hair everyday day, I’m currently only having to do so every other day. It’s only been a week and my scalp has completely stopped itching and flaking. The amount of hair in my shower drain is also a lot less and like I said it’s only been a week. On a side note, if you have asthma it relieves the symptoms a bit while using the products. The smell is so fresh and clean and so worth every penny. I’ll be going back to try the other products they do.

I bought this shampoo and conditioner as I was losing hair due to the menopause. My hair had also become very frizzy. Initially my hair was greasy at the roots and dry towards the ends. I sought advice on the website which stated to try the detox shampoo. I bought that and immediately my hair was great after the first wash with the three step regime. I used the detox for approx 6 weeks and tried just using the super nutrient but I had greasy roots again. I commented on a post on the company’s Facebook page about this and I was contacted by a member of the team. They advised I persevere with the three steps for a while longer. I done so and now only use the detox shampoo after being at the hair dresser as they use different products. My hair is also coloured. The change has been amazing. My hair feels thicker, it’s smoother also. Noticeably as even my hair dresser stated it was much smoother when blow drying and soft also. So glad I persevered and am now tempted to try their skin care also. Highly recommend *

My hair was damaged from over colouring and menopause has left me with a sensitive scalp. After one use of the seaweed shampoo and conditioner I could really see and feel a positive difference. I went on to buy the oil and unlike other oils I’ve tried my sensitive scalp has been fine. Now on trying the serum and love that too! The body and face oils smell amazing. I’m very happy so far with all products I’ve tried. Well done to the company!! I highly recommend!
