My order was placed 18/08/24. I got an email update saying there will be a delay on 25/08/24. I emailed the company on the 28/08/24 asking how long will it be. They replied on 29/08/24 apologising and told me it would ship by the end of the week. My order status has not changed. I emailed cop it on 03/09/24 advising I had not received confirmation of my item being shipped. They did not reply. I then emailed them today, 11/09/24, asking for a refund. Tbh the level of customer care and lack of communication is appalling.

I appreciate that delays happen but to stop communicating with customers is not on. I feel like I have been scammed.

Do not buy from this company. The owner Leon Tran is a scammer who has been called out many times for his tricks. He is banned from Lowkey for scamming. Cop it au more like suckitau

I ordered and paid for $350 Nike runners that the website said were in stock on 21/08/2024.
It is now 10/09/2024 - 3 weeks later - and I still have not received my runners.
I can not contact a human to find out what is going on. Livechat agent is down and they are not responding to my text messages.
I am absolutely furious.
Do not buy products from this business.
I will be contacting NSW Fair Trading to report them.

Pathetic customer service. Order was delayed due to "security risk" and was only told about this delay and the additional identification information they needed when I reached out to follow up on my order that was taking a lot longer that their website stated for standard shipping. Will never order for this website ever again and advise you not to either. Shipping took 3 weeks, i shouldve just went and bought shoes from JD or footlocker to save time and hassle.

I got my full refund back you scumbags haha! I hope you're reading this and dying from anger! I told you that you're not going to receive that money. Now I'll be taking action for your fake company to close as soon as possible!

COP IT!! I just did, complete scammers. Was told my Sambas ordered over a week ago would be Express shipping through Aus Post. Have emailed 3 times, called multiple, text the mobile number and no response. DO NOT BUY from this company

No message, call or emails back after I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for shoes that were supposed to be 1-3 day express shipped.

My mum bought me a jumper as a birthday gift from this website, even paying extra for express shipping so that it could come on time. However, we were left disheartened upon finding out that the order had still been in the processing stage for 2 weeks, even though on the product description it says it should be shipped within 3-5 business days, STANDARD SHIPPING. We tried contacting the business through multiple sources and are left with no responses or the whereabouts of our order.

Buying through this website was a great experience. I was recommended through friends and will continue to recommend to other friends. My shoes came promptly and was nicely packaged. Seamless transaction!
