Easy to setup my new plan and customer service were so helpful and patient.

From the first moment I rang the bell at the Hoylake Co-Operative Funeralcare premises in Hoylake Wirral to appoint them to handle my late husband's cremation I felt comfortable and cared for. His wishes were respected and carried out professionally. I met Bernie and Diane over the last few weeks and found them kind and friendly. They willingly filled several small urns for me prior to returning the ashes to me to save me doing that task. I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you.

Do you know how many elderly people you depressing?, every day with your continuous bombardment of depressing adves , elderly people don't need to have their television continuously bombarding, you are you making people depressed?

Very professional throughout the entire process. Everything was explained in detail with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and seek clarification. Friendly, courteous and sympathetic meeting.

I needed to feel everything would be taken care of and was offered a few choices about how to do things, and given advice on how to choose. I'd already looked at their website anyway, so I knew what I wanted but the advisor gave me lots of insight into how these things work.

the co-op representative fully explained the funeral plans and the various options available in great detail. There was no pressure applied and plenty of time to consider and choose an appropriate plan, together with personal funeral service wishes.

I found the costs involved very reasonable and compare well with other Companies.

Direct cremation easy to arrange online, most questions were answered in the help section. Took advantage of the Co-op member’s offer so saved some money.
Awaiting actual documents of plan but so far very pleased.

We cannot thank CO-OP Funeralcare, Peacehaven enough for their care, support and compassion they provided to our family at the incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time when our father passed away in July.

From our first appointment with Sharon Bashford and Jane we felt comfortable and safe in their hands. They were kind, caring, compassionate and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them.

Their attention to detail was exemplary. It comforted us to see that our fathers passing was treated with the highest dignity and respect and care that he deserved.

On the day of the actual funeral all the staff involved were exemplary.

The funeral planner made me feel relaxed from the start, Pauline went through the process and explained exactly what was on the plan, plus a bit more.

I was able to add a nominated person and add to my wishes with ease.

Quick and easy to do, received plan in post in next few days. Lady who assisted me on the phone was extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. Great client service.

Very informative

Service provided was professional, helpful and courteous as I have always found Co-op legal services to be.
Staff member was knowledgeable,polite and used plain English when explaining the different funeral plans the co-op offers.
