MUMs FUNERAL SERVICE The care and personal service from all the staff at the funeral home was exemplary and Stan Bridges who they recommended to us to act as a celebrant for our mothers funeral was a wonderful speaker who exuded empathy and made the whole funeral service seem personal to us.

Natalie is always very kind and helpful. She takes a lot of trouble to make sure that the Funeral you are planning is exactly as you want it to be, She takes the same care over the Order of Service. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she has lots of helpful advice and suggestions. It is always a pleasure working with her.

The whole experience was great
The whole experience was great, however we had a unattended funeral with no service but we could still go to Bretby crematorium on the day the staff there were brilliant it was a special day thank you ❤️

My experience at Blaby co-op funeral
From the moment we went in to the co-op funeral Blaby Leicester to arrange my husbands funeral the girls were very kind got us a cup of tea there was no pressure they chatted though several options We were given time to think about coffins flowers order of service they day befor the funeral one of the girls talked me though the arrangements for the funeral
And on the day they were very respectful and professional an extra touch they put a loverly photograph of John on the coffin and gave it to me after the service I would recommend the coop at Blaby For making a difficult situation very easy and relaxed thank you you are a. Great team from start to finish

Couldn’t ask for a better service from start to finish I felt comfortable with very friendly understanding staff . Lady named Sam was incredibly compassionate and when I needed to contact them it was no trouble and immediate .
Everything I asked for was done with no problems and they kept me informed of everything along the way . Funeral was done with the upmost respect , dignity and compassion . I couldn’t ask for more and recommend their services 100%

We used the Heanor funeral home for my Mum's Funeral. I can only say that the staff in-particular Katie, Bex, Steve and Bryan were amazing. From meeting Bex and Steve when they picked My mum up to all the care and support they gave me and my brother in this very difficult time was outstanding. We can't thank them enough.

Mum's funeral. Considering the severity and emotion of…
Considering the severity and emotion of a death and conseqent bookings and operational logistics ,the staff at the funeral parlour could not have been more helpful and also on a " not so serious note". The staff were up there with the best. A personal touch, I put a handkerchief and a cravat of my father's in my mother's blazer in which she would be cremated in, so Mum and Dad were together. I visted Mum in the chapel of rest, to find they had put the hanky in mum's hand and tied the cravat around mum's collar. What a touch. The whole journey with you guys was seamless and helped us all. Thank you one and all for all your help.
