The gentleman that help during the call was knowledgable about the insurance and the benefits, he treatment very respectfully. After a long time buying with contacts direct, is the second time that my experience was great.
My order was never delivered:( I'm sure this is a problem with the delivery company, it said delivered but I never saw it in my correct box. I used my entire insurance benefit on this order, so I'm very upset I won't get that back. The live agent on the contacts direct website isn't available on the weekends or past 5:30pm on weekdays so I haven't been able to reach anyone when I have time after work-very inconvenient.

I was unable to manually get my insurance to pull through so I started and online chat and the rep (Carissa) was AMAZING! She was able to find my benefits and provide a "promo code" to take the amount of my benefits off of the total and they will submit the claim on the back end. Not only was the customer service great, the price was over $50 cheaper than other online contact lens companies!! Carissa - you made my day!!

Let me share with you a list of things that went wrong with the ordering experience:
1. I tried to reorder contacts using my prescription that I thought they maintained on file after my last order. They didn't and I had to get another prescription and send it in.
2. Once I had the prescription, I couldn't figure out how to reorder even after uploading the prescription to the website. So I had to call and order.
3. I called and placed the order, but they then sent the incorrect lenses.
4. I tried to connect via the online chat on the website, but once I got a representative, it disconnected. So I had to call again. In the meantime I had written to customer service to see what had to be done to return the lenses because they weren't the same as the first lenses they sent me.
5. Customer service then wrote back and said, they can't fill the order because they don't have a prescription. (Remember, they already sent me the incorrect lenses)
Bottom line, think twice about ordering from this site. There are other better more hasslefree alternatives.
