I placed a re-order for contacts
I placed a re-order for contacts. I ordered the same thing I did in January but for some reason got numerous error emails about not having the prescription. I'd go through chat to send in the prescription that was less than 9 months old and the customer service rep verified that they already had it in the system and what they already had on file was current. She was not sure why I got the error but assured me a correction was made. Then the next day we got yet another message about an error and hold on shipping. I spent over 3 hours ordering these contacts by the time it finally did go through. They offerred me a discount, but no refund on the current order. I'll just switch to someone else. I don't have time to leave work to do this every time I need to re-order contacts. I tried calling. I tried chat. Chat was extra difficult becaue if they asked for your lengthy order number I'd get disconnected every time I went back to the email to copy the number and then I'd have to start all over again. They said they called my doctor, but my doctor said they never had any calls for the contacts order. It was all awful!

Easy to order. They obtained the prescription from my doctors office and had contacts shipped in no time! I was also able to use my insurance benefits through their site with no issues.
