Compare Broadband - Easy Peasy

Sales consultant from Compare Broadband contacted me the very next day and I signed up to my preferred alternative provider (formerly had Telstra) that day. Installation of fibre cable occurred two days later and we are now once again up and running without issue.

I dealt with a lovely young man called…

I dealt with a lovely young man called Nicholas. He spent plenty of time explaining things to me and he was patient with me finding things online while he talked with me. He talked through with me the advantages and disadvantages of what I was comparing and am happy with what he explained to me as he made it very easy to understand.
