Great customer service!
I was a little skeptical at first as I hadn’t tried an online service like Compare Broadband before but after speaking to the loveliest customer service representative all my worries were eased! I believe his name was Rory.
Rory was very patient and answered all of my questions. He made the process very easy and we were able to switch to a better internet which we’ve had zero issues with so far and even switched to a cheaper electricity provider!
