I bought three pairs of Comfyballs…
I bought three pairs of Comfyballs underwear and within a month all three were unwearable. The stitching along the seam came undone, I emailed customer support and sent pictures which they said they could not open, I have heard nothing in response and would not recommend anyone from buying these products with a customer service that doesn’t seem to care about the purchaser.

Your product is good and I have bought…
Your product is good and I have bought multiple pairs as Christmas gifts over the past few years.
However, as I live in Ireland I ended up paying a considerable sum in VAT and customs duties thus year. For other UK based companies I purchase from they sort these fees out which is much simpler. Also, I bought in bulk which reduced the cost per item considerably but brought my purchase over the €150 limit for import to EU without customs fees. This would make me reconsider purchasing in the future.

Comfy but don’t believe the discount offer
Comfy. Lasts a long time. Advertising a discount isn’t great when you ask to up xour order to x3 for a discount that isn’t given when it is up’s!
