Completely unreliable
Completely unreliable. My advice: do not order from this company.
We ordered an airco in June and paid in full.
Until today it has not been delivered. Only receive excuses and justifications.

We’re sorry to read your experience this way, as we have kept you well informed throughout the entire process, both by phone and by email.
From the beginning, we clearly communicated that the air conditioning unit you ordered was temporarily unavailable and that this particular brand could only be supplied in pallet quantities. It’s a brand we rarely sell and therefore had to request externally. You chose to wait for either a pallet delivery or an alternative supplier, and all of this was agreed upon in consultation.
We understand it’s frustrating when delivery takes longer than expected, but we’ve always been transparent about the situation and did everything possible to offer solutions. It’s unfortunate to read a review that doesn’t fully reflect the communication and efforts made from our side.
