So an unusual review but it is for the exceptional, swift and courteous service.
Excited to place an order, as Comfrt finally available in the UK. Order placed and I had been watching the delivery progress eagerly. But then it just got stuck. The little blue truck didn't move, Evri didn't send me any details as expected to say they had the package.
I sent an email, not expecting a response for a day or two, especially given the time zone differences. It only took just over an hour to receive a response.
Not only was it speedy but the action was immediate. The package was lost and a refund was already actioned. I had sent screenshots. It hasn't made its way this side of the pond.
There was no haggling, no delays, no worrying on my side. Thank you Sheena!
I hope the package is returned to the warehouse soon.
I will be re-ordering soon just based on how excellent the service has been.

I have to admit. I was a bit disappointed getting home after a long shift, just to open my package and see pink instead of the steel grey my heart was set on... but when I messaged customer service to inform them of the mix up, it was 1 AM. I was fully expecting to wait a few days before getting a response.. however, not even 5 minutes after I emailed them, I got a notification from my bank that my order had been refunded! When I checked my email, there was the response, apologizing for the mix up, validating my disappointment, and renewing some hope for the customer service department. I have never had such amazing, and almost instantaneous customer service from any other company. From that alone, I would rate higher if I could.

Return issue resolved fast
Needed to do a return for an order that didnt even show as shipped yet. The system had some sort of glitch and I already had it delivered altho it didnt even show shipped yet... so I wasn't able to initiate a return. Emailed and received response super fast and was given help to process the return manually.
Very disappointing customer service…
Very disappointing customer service experience with Comfrt.
I contacted them before my pre-order even shipped to request a simple size change. Instead of handling it directly, I received what felt like automated responses pushing me toward the return process — which makes no sense for an order that hadn’t been fulfilled yet.
After multiple follow-ups, I was told the change would require an additional charge. Charging a customer to correct a size on an unshipped pre-order is unreasonable and shows a lack of flexibility and basic customer consideration. At that point, it became clear it would be easier to let the item ship and go through a return, which is inefficient for both the customer and the company.
While the representative remained polite, the process itself is rigid, poorly designed, and not customer-friendly. This could have been resolved in a single response but instead turned into unnecessary back-and-forth with no real solution.
Overall, the experience felt impersonal and policy-driven rather than customer-focused. I would hesitate to order again based on this alone.
