My crypto is stuck with them for over 7 days. I had converted inr to USDT. They charged 4% charges indirectly through their poor exchange rate that is 4% less than market. All their helpline says is sorry we are trying. Whenever market is up they won't let you withdraw till market crashes and whenever market is down they won't let you deposit inr. Complete manipulation. Please do not waste your time on this app, use WazirX instead as Wazirx has only depositing problems not withdrawal problems. It feels really bad to see your money stuck for over a week with them eating intrest. Third class app. Stupid developers. They are cheating investors.

Dear Scam app,
Plz match the present value with current value.
Different between present value and current value is 10rs/- difference.

They stop crypto withdrawal without any notice, no proper update when it will be enabled. Very careless response from support teams and heavy charges.

I have deposited into my coinswitch wallet from uphold brave rewards, wallet is not credited till now. The support team is also worse. Probably they are another Indian SCAM.

Transaction failed but after a while support was able to reverse the transaction and refund me.

I don’t even want to give it one star it’s such a fraud app and such a scam i deposited my money and its not reflecting in my wallet and they’re not even letting me contact them!

Coinswitch Transferred amount but debited my account coinswitch wallet not credit..

I’ve exchanged with coinswitch many times. Every transaction went through with no issues. Last incident i had when i have inserted the memo number as they requested wrongly, even though it took like a week and i was exposed to fluctuations, i got my funds to my wallet.

I really doubt how some users gave 5 stars feedback to coinswitch.
Because of that, I've got scammed.
I tried to exchange my USDT into ETH. So, I created an order and deposits my 480 USDTs.
But Nothing changed on coinswich platform.
The website kept showing "Awaiting deposits". Finally, The order was canceled on the websites.
I got paid nothing. And I lost my 480 USDTs.
I tried contact support team to solve the problem.
But all I got is automatic response email.
I haven't solved the problem yet.
Really, Really SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They dont let deposit money when the market is down and we want to buy. This is pathetic and absolute fraud.

Realtime BTC Price is around 41 Lakhs INR (As Per Coinbase) but in their app it is showing around 46-47 Lakhs INR. Why such a long difference in price of BTC?

Money debited from my account but not reflecting in wallet

I have this service before with success but I am looking at an exchange from BTC to DOGE right now that is 2 days and still not even verification stage! This is completely unacceptable. I used a decent amount for a fee so that is NOT the problem. It's just slow! 2 days!?!?!?
