The worst App, dn't trust & stop using this App or atlast you will become victim. On 4th Dec i sent 5000 Rs through IMPS and the amount is not credit in my wallet but deducted from my Mobikwik wallet. On 7th Dec i raised a ticket & from there i had chat with endless their executives. First they told me to wait 7-10 working days. After 10 days they told me wait some more day after that i did't get my refund. Everytime i have to go through all my details to everyone & they dn't have any solution & some even dn't know go through my issue and start saying we already refund your amount. It's 28th Dec & i dn't have any hope that they will refund my amount. I submitted all my bank statement, Screenshots and all but nothing works. Atlast i gonna fill a case against them in Consumer Court.

Fake assurances are being given since last 1 month, failed payment is not credit in my account so far. All detail has been submitted to email and as well as registered chat but result is ZERO by Coinswitch Team since 9-Nov'21.

money thik se account main withdrawal nahi hota......bohut kharap n faltu app hai ..... money return nahi karte hai

Very bad platform . When the volatility is high they will shut off buying and selling , you wont be allowed to buy or sell your coins at that time. The spread between buy and sell orders is huge.

Customer support sucks, they are just giving standard replied instead of trying to solve the issue you are facing .

Very pathetic service.
My coinswitch account was suspended due to chargeback raised by me. 12 days have passed, I have submitted the requisite form too which they asked from me but still my account is currently suspended. After raising the complaint with the company they only reply that they are looking at the matter.

Don't open an account at coinswitch, you will surely regret.
The day my account will reopen I will sell of all my crypto currency and delete the account forever.

I load amount to CoinSwitch through IMPS bank transfer, for urgent buy some coin, it been passed 24 hours amount not reflected on CoinSwitch Wallet, I talked to support team, they said it will tak 48-72 hours, and i said its ok refund me, and you guys taking 7-20 business days to refund, is this the way to CoinSwitch doing business, i feel this is really frustrating.

Simple but sneaky
The rates are different from the large exchanges.
If you buy any coin, including a stablecoin like Tether, the value while selling is 2% lower. This shows that there a hidden charge.

Very very untransparent app, does not let you know about the fees, charges, hidden charges etc etc. The moment you buy a coin, its valuation falls by 10% in next one minute/
Deposits/Withdrawals is a huge pain. Sometimes feels like a scam.

I was contacted via Coinsbanking online trading and investors company.
· Investing and they promised the very first agent name Erwin he rung me and the Ariana, I send my driving licence, and passport as this is what they asked me before transferring my details to the broker names Sebastian Martin in Coins banking, I have send screen shots of the chat the whatsapp , Sebastian used to contact me by whatsapp calls and ring me through this number. The Website name is coinsbanking.com.

Sebastian then called me and at that time I did not have the Monzo account. I have always been using Lloyds Bank in years, Sebastian asked me that I need to invest only £250 , which I did through my Lloyds Bank account. I have my account online in coinsbanking trading. I can see the details as my money is there.
I received a call like I did say by Erwin about trading,
The person was not pretending for sure this whole Coinsbanking team is fraud, I have been trying to contact them, send them an email that I want to withdraw the money, my official money currently they are owing is £1250. I cant close the account, never received any profits as I was promised by Sebastian MARTIN.
as I said to you I checked the review online, I can also see that this broker was contacting me about profits, I can even log on my coinsbanking trading account, I can see the amount the money and the profit, but now after whole this thing don’t even know If that is true….I was promised that I will have training as well regarding trading. But no nothing… When I click on withdraw money, this is what I can see. I never tried withdrawing cause I am absolutely unhappy with them now since this guy Sebastian again on Friday last week was trying to fool me and taking my more £350 , I have sent the conversation of Whatsapp chat. The reason I want Monzo to get involve so they are made aware and help me to get my money sorted before I try to withdraw my money…

Also, last week i received another call from another agent name called NESSA OWEN (another scammer) APPARENTLY I HAVE CONTACTED POLICE, FBI IN THEIR MAIN HEAD OFFICE THEY ARE Fu..king LIER THAT THEY ARE BASED IN UK, ...I MANAGED TO FIND ALL THEIR DETAILS,, who promised me that she will give me all my LOST money THE AMOUNT OF £1500, but i have to pay £200 first and then they will send my balance and i will get refund the initial payment of £200 , but see yet again, i trusted THIS HEATLESS BI....CH, PROS and YET AGAIN fooled again BY HER JUST THOUGHT THAT SHE IS A WOMEN WHO MAY BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND AS A WOMAN, SINGLE MOM HOW STRUGGLING LIFE CAN BE , the agent last week Friday 17th sep 2021 promised me i will receive my money end of Friday, and i didnt.

i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM AND THEY ARE LITERALLY NOT PICKIN UP THE PHONE, BUT LISTEN COINDBANKING.COM; USE YOUR BRAIN... HOW LONG YOU GUYS WILL BE DOING THIS ???? FEEDING YOUR SELF WITH INNOCENT HARDWORKING PEOPLE MONEY, HAVE FEAR OF GOD, GOD IS WATCHIN AND ON THE JUDGEMENT DAY BE READY TO ANSWER CAUSE WHATEVER YOUR EATING, FEEDING YOURSELF, YOUR FAMILY ... ONE DAY YOU WILL REALISE YOU GUYS MADE THE BIGGEST MISTAKES IN YOUR LIFE,,,, BY STEALING PEOPLE MONEY.

They give you no intimation that you can't withdraw your crypto. Your money will be forever stuck with these fraudsters. Do not use them at any cost!

Coinswitch shut down my affiliate account without notice in April 2021. I have been promoting their platform for 2+ years. They did not release my entire earnings in BTC.

1. Their prices are high
2. Their withdrawal prices are high
3. Their App is glitchy
4. You cannot withdraw your crypto. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY. They will let you use every single feature on their app except withdrawal. If you buy it here then you'll never be allowed to withdraw your crypto.

It's really a bad thing for investor in current situation to invest in crypto via coinswitch because when I had bought a coin there was difference of buying and selling rate is very less, but when the coin got up it was showing different selling rate and still showing me loss where It should have been shown a good profit..

Coinswitch kuber block my 6000rs account balance withdraw. 3 days I trying to withdraw what coinswitch kuber block my withdraw. when I am trying to contact customer support service they answer useless and not provide proper service. When I try to withdraw not sending me OTP email for withdraw and some time block my pin when I am login with same pin how it's possible not match for withdraw. this website totally fake chet people
