They are Totally fraud ...they list asset which falls 99.30% after investment. ITs an app to dupe investors. ..

They scammed me for 28 USD
I transferred them 28 USD from One Royal Exchange broker on 31 St December 2025 but till today they didn't deposit my money and just asking for unnecessary documents and screen video . I have shared all those documents they asked and still they are not giving my money

Worst Application. I lost 1000 r.s. I deposited 1k and deducted from my bank account but not showing in counswitch app. When I trying to reach out to customer service then got to know it something fraud happend. Plz don't use this application.

Im using for last few weeks ago i done task19 but i havent received any reward now the mentor telling me to complete finance every time mentor telling me this is your finale after you will get your money but i havent get nothing yet. So can you please let me . know why they doing to me like this.

They have made me waste investments, $5000 dollars just gone like that if ROSE LANE GP had not intervened.

I have been using this app for past 10 days worst money deposit process. I had finalized to buy one meme coin and deposited Rs. 15,000/- from my bank account it was already 2 hours I didnt receive the money into this account. Chat done with customer support they asked to wait for 24 hours. Now the coin which I was supposed to book has increased by 5 %. Other issues Coinswitch they have hidden charges when buying or selling token or coins about 3 to 5 %

Play Store aur Google se meri yeh nivedan hai ki is app ke fraud aur dhokhadhadi ko dekhte hue isse platform se hata diya jaye, taaki aur logon ka nukhsan na ho."

Guys, I have been facing a lot of irrelevant demands for last 4 days for a digital asset that my friend transferred to my wallet. I was told by CoinSwitch customer support (e-mail communication) that they do not allow any 3rd party asset transfer through their platform. Does that mean they will only transactions between own accounts? however; this clause or policy was never made available for the users to notice it before they perform such transaction (At least it should be mentioned on the deposit address page). So; there is no intimation that we should not perform such 3rd party transfers. AND; when an user unknowingly receives the 3rd party transfer they come up with all there hidden policy and manipulation. I came to know by them that any 3rd party transaction will be refunded to the originator/sender.

I am such one victim who was told that the fund will never arrive to me and that it will be sent back. After that they have asked me for all the details of the source wallet including all the documents from my friend, his passport and video KYC verifying his relation to me, his relation to the wallet that he transferred the funds from and also they had him read out the wallet address a loud in the video.

After 4 repeated rejections they finally accepted the fourth video and now sent me an email asking for 7 working days to let me know when they are going to refund it or if they are going to refund it at all.

What would you call this guys? Isn't it completely irrelevant and insane ask without any previous disclaimer or notice? I wouldn't have done it if I knew it before.

So, I have decided to send a legal notice to the management of CoinSwitch and also to let the authorities in Bangalore know what kind of schemes and policies they are running in the company, and looks like we are to find out if these are fair practices at all.

Coinswitch has made the decision to act entirely absurd. They're simply disregarding me now that I contributed some funds. I feel completely conned because no one responds to any of my emails. This has been an awful encounter. I have no idea what to do next. All I want is that which is taken be returned.

Coinswitch guys are cheat n fraud. I can't able to withdraw my own money from my wallet in your account. This is all because of OTP on registered mail id, which is not coming. Trying since last 10 days. Actually, u don't want to return investor's money.

I lost my Rs 52000 in coinswitch.They are over telegram in a group of 1200 plus peoples. Some are admins, some are teachers and receptionist. They give the tasks of hotel reviews then after 5 tasks 6th task is of trading. I followed each and every step as it is as advised by them, still they frozen my Rs 52000 to get refunded and again they are asking for Rs 56000 to unfreeze the amount. Totally fake & fraud people are they. Just don't come in their words.

I have had a horrific experience, I deposited over R263 000 and everytime I have to withdraw I am told that something went wrong with my account and I am then requested to make another big deposit that I cannot even afford. I have written the complaints requesting for my money back. The merchants abuse their powers they demand high amounts and refuse to release the amount you have deposited. I am still waiting for resolution. I Wil recommend that people must not join this at all. This will cause you harm and mental defects as they refuse to withdraw your own money.

In the name of coin switch company or what I don't know there are scammers who send the push messages and saying that we just have to do hotel reviews and we will be paid. By God's grace I lost around 50000 only but still it's my hard earned money. It's started from 1000, then 3000, 7000. At 7000 it went wrong and the scammer started being rude with me and the others in the group also started becoming rude and said they lost the money because of me. I should have left it that point itself but ended up giving again 42500 as they told to pay 85000 to recover the account but I told I don't have, then they said the company will pay for me as I have come for the first time. I should have atleast gone through the reviews before getting into this. So many of them have been cheated in the similar way. And the company paid and I'm trying to withdraw the money it says I have to pay back the money that the company paid for me then I'll get all of the money. I have no words to say about this kind of scamming. Why don't you just go and do some hard work instead of fooling people. You got so much brains to create this !!! Also now the account and the link created for me has been removed the accounts they contacted me from has been deleted. So much of scam!!!
