I like the games very fun exciting casino

Still waiting for my redemption. Keep getting the same message from support which is automated AI and not a human. Shouldn't take any casino site this long to process any redemption request. Need to receive my redemption and will not be playing on this site anymore. This is very unacceptable behavior and misleading information when the redemption page say instant.

Its going on 2 weeks and my redemption is still pending. Ill never use this platform again.

I was super excited to hear from my friend that there was a new casino that honored redemptions quickly, unfortunately that’s not been my experience. I waited four days for it still to say pending. Canceled the bank transfer and put in my skrill info instead, hoping for a quicker timeline. Waited a day. Tried gift cards, which are usually instant, waited a day. Now it’s been five days since I originally won and still in pending. Reached out to customer service and naturally, the generic “ Due to an increased usage, the speed may be reduced” message from AI & no human to be found anywhere. 0/10 experience thus far.

You have locked my account for reason that weren't my fault but your systems. You will not let me and others redeem. What we have won. I don't recommend this social casino to anyone. This is proof that they can void or choose who not to pay. Some other were paid for their systems fault. But why not everyone?

Don't download this app. Choose other social casinos.

Don't waste your time trying to pay; they put so many obstacles in your way. They tell you to re-enter your address in a tab that is completely frozen.

I have put 4 stars for now as I’m waiting on the redemption process. I did gift card for my first one because I figured it may be the fastest. We shall see as I’ve read some of these reviews on here and it worries me a bit. It is Friday night so it won’t surprise me if it’s not approved until next week but if it is they will definitely get that 5th star. I’ve liked the gameplay and so we will just wait on their redemption time…today is 7/3/26 at 10:15pm. Update to come
