The worst experience I've experienced using a service in my whole life, first of I've to warn people, if you want to buy a gift card they get your money first and put your order in a waiting status to check if they can provide the product, the order can be in waiting status for hours... In my case I bought a gift card for gas, after hours waiting they sent me an email, gift card ready... well that wasn't true, if I tried to redeem the gift card, the website redirects me to an error site, inspecting web tools, trying to redeem the card ends up in a 400 status code in their services. I contacted support, nothing in 4 days, just a ticket standing in "work in progress" status, seriously what do you need, the sign of a prime minister to solve this easy issue? Unfortunately, I still have not been able to use the code I paid for on 02.10.2025. My 100 Euros and 10.73 Euros in fees have been given to your company. Support wrote that if I tried to activate the code, it means it can be used. Of course I activated it, but it does not credit the money to the account. Perhaps I was just unlucky with your company; I will be wiser in the future.
UPDATE:
I am now physically in France, my Apple ID region is France, and my payment
method is French. I tried redeeming the Apple gift card again, and Apple
returns the following error:
“The code entered is not valid.”
This is NOT a region error. It means the code does not exist in Apple’s
system or was never activated by the merchant. CoinGate keeps replying with
a template message about “wrong region,” ignoring the actual Apple error.
I asked them to provide proof that the card was activated, replace the code,
or issue a refund. So far, they have not addressed the real issue.
This is not a region problem — this is an invalid or non-activated code.
I hope CoinGate resolves this, otherwise I will proceed with a payment dispute.

I bought a gift card and they couldn't deliver it, out of stuck. So after 24 hours, I asked for my refund, on Friday. They promised to send it within 3 business days, and still nothing.
So, not only they sell something they don't have, they also refuse to give my money back. Worst customer service, don't try them.
