Technical Issues all the time
Ive been with Coinexx for years and they have gotten worse. Log in issues due to their technical issues that they are always aware of per Jack, steve or Marsha. depending on who is answers the chat bot. Im looking for a new broker which is a shame after 5 years of sporadic service from Coinexx. Cross your fingers when it comes to withdrawals; they are always working on their system and appreciate your patience.

A broker definitely worth trying
Marsha Matt was super helpful in every way. Almost all the reviews are about the customer service, which IS great, but Coinexx is more than just great service. I have had great success with running EAs on their MT5 servers. Fast execution, great spreads, and low commissions. I use about five different brokers and Coinexx is one of my favorites. I've been using Coinexx for a little over a year now with no issues.

While Sophia was responsive, the answers were deeply concerning and confirm this is a high-risk, unregulated operation.
Here are the direct facts from our chat, which I recorded:
They Admit to Being Unregulated: When asked for their regulatory license, the representative stated clearly: "We operate as an unregulated entity." This is not speculation; it is their declared business model. They justify this by offering higher leverage, which is precisely why regulators restrict it—to protect retail traders from catastrophic losses.
Withdrawals Are Subject to Arbitrary "Internal Protocols": My primary question was about the process to withdraw profits. The answers were consistently vague and alarming:
Verification checks are conducted "randomly."
When pressed for a written policy outlining the rules for these checks, I was told they are triggered due to "internal security protocols."
Despite multiple requests, the representative refused to provide a written Withdrawal Policy document and directed me to the website instead, where such critical details are not clearly stated.
High Minimum Withdrawals for Stablecoins: They enforce a $1,000 minimum withdrawal for USDT/USDC. This is an impractical barrier, effectively trapping smaller balances or forcing you to use more volatile cryptocurrencies (BTC/ETH) to access your money.

Conclusion:
Coinexx is transparent about being unregulated, which is the only clear fact they offer. Everything related to the safety of your funds—specifically your right to withdraw them—is governed by undefined "internal" and "random" protocols.
