Needed help to transfer between accounts as Coinexx was experiencing an issue showing the account balances. Garry Smith helped me today.

What made my experience great, Anna Carter was patience and kind with her words.

New customer to Coinexx and so far it's been great. Had to reach out a couple of times for questions and the live chat team were really quick and responsive. Answered my questions super fast and they seem to be available for many hours during the day which is a plus. but the best thing so far was the last interaction i had with Anna C. who helped me take advantage of their deposit bonus. They match every deposit over $100 with the same amount, so you get +100% on your equity. Now there's terms with it of course and you can't withdraw it, but it doubles your trading equity for you to keep the profits. Coinexx 5 stars, Anna C. 5 stars.. keep it up!

I reached out to support to ask about using micro lot sizes to trade indices on my account. I forgot that I had accepted a bonus that increased my leverage, but it also removed the micro lots feature. The support agent, Stella Lewis, was so pleasant and helpful. After reaching out to her support team, she was able to add the micro lots feature back to my account! I have been using this broker for a couple years, and have never had any complaints. Deposits are quick and easy, and so are withdrawals!

My experience was great because James Cook stayed online with me the whole time and when things did not work the way they should, he reset my password. I am in my live account.

At first i was nervous because one of my transfers for 8k was under review and took some time. I initiated the withdrawal request on Friday. I was scared as early Monday morning I did not see the request even though money was deducted from my trade equity. During the waiting period the customer service was amazing and they were very helpful. Yes, they may sound vague but they eventually and always have come through. I recommend coinexx to others. Just give them grace and they will come through. I thank them for that. Definitely worth being a client
