PROCEED WITH CAUTION

I have been a Coinexx customer with no issues. Over the weekend I couldn't log into my account. I finally get a hold of someone in customer support. They try to help me reset passwords....etc. Then they tell me my account has been recycled and I need to setup a new account. I setup the new account and ask when my funds will be transferred to my new account. They say what funds? I have a statement from them 6 days ago....the end or March. Showing my account balance. He says they need to start a ticket to get this resolved. Customer service is now asking for a record of my deposit. I have provided them that information.....RUN FOR THE HILLS. I can't believe they send me a statement 6 days before this happens they act like they don't know how they can trust that I had funds in my account. BEWARE******** 04/08/2026 I Would like to give an update of Coinexx. After a few days of back and forth emails, Coinexx has restored my funds to my new account. My trust in them is quite small at this time. Wondering when the next time they are going to Zero my account and act like they didn't know I had money in there.
