Max Jones was the agent I worked with. He helped walk me through a couple a questions I had about funding my live account. Everything went very smoothly, even after I accidentally deposited the money to a recycled account. My deposit bonus incentive was exactly what they explained.
Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and things get handled quickly. The trade executions are spot on and the pricing is actually better than the other 4 brokers I have worked with. This, along with the ease of access to support have been the main reasons I stay with them.

I had an exceptional experience using the live chat today. I was connected to agent Anna Carter instantly and they were able to resolve my issue within a few minutes. Anna asked great questions, figured out the problem - I attempted to fund a recycled account, and had an immediate resolution - create/send a new Trading ID to credit funds. I fully expected to wait days for this to be mitigated. I feel confident using Coinexx and I highly recommend using their LiveChat feature service!

I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this broker.
I deposited over $6,000, and my account reached around $10,000. I have full documentation—deposit records, account history, and screenshots of my trades.
After I posted honest reviews on Trustpilot, my trades were suddenly closed without a clear or valid explanation. This raised serious concerns about how this platform operates.
I contacted support and provided all my evidence. My concerns were ignored, and no proper resolution was given.
This broker is not regulated, which means there is no real protection for your funds. Based on my experience:
- Your account activity may not be handled fairly
- Your complaints may be ignored
- Your funds may not be secure
I am sharing this so others can make an informed decision. Please do your research and avoid risking your money with unregulated platforms.
If you’ve had similar issues, report them and speak up
