The customer service is impeccable. I bought a dress that didn’t fit well and I contacted them for a return. Natalia the representative was so diligent and issued a refund right away once I sent the shipping label. I highly recommend them and their dresses are stunning!

Great client service, quick refund
Had a wonderful experience with the client service team of Club L London, particularly Natalia. I had made a mistake with my order to the Netherlands, and following some confusion (google translate missed some nuances in the wording of the order confirmation email) I incorectly thought I would still be able to make changes after submitting the order, which is usually not allowed in my region.
The team helped me understand the regional issues (clearly indicated on the website to their merit), but they were still kind and efficient enough to help fix my problem. Natalia even worked on a Saturday to assist me with a solution! The refund was also very fast, about 3 business days. I am very impressed and thankful.

no refund
I ordered to dresses in the same size and sent the size I didn’t need back. I got an email to say they have received it back and 3 weeks later still no refund. No responses to emails, the digital assistant which they claim to be a member of their team which is actually an AI assistant asks for your order number and email and conveniently responds ‘cannot deal with your request’. When you are buying dresses for £168, paying for the delivery and paying for the return and not getting the appropriate customer service back it makes you question whether the quality of the clothes is worth it for this level of service. I’ve now been out of pocket longer than their recommended time I should have to wait and get no communication back from them. Wouldn’t recommend

Perfect fit
The dress got here extremely fast, was not expecting it. I was also nervous that it might not fit since I’m 8 months pregnant but it was perfect. The dress was exactly as described on like and the perfect shade of pink I was looking for.
