Pleasant Return for Repurchase Process
I needed to return an item that did not fit and repurchase in a different size since exchanges were not an option. Natalia was quick in responding to my email, answered my questions thoroughly, and provided a new discount code for me to use when repurchasing the dress since I’d used one for the original order. This is my first Club L London purchase and I was a bit nervous about buying for the first time as this dress will be worn on my wedding day. Not only did the quality and care/packaging of the dress exceed my expectations, Natalia’s customer service has made my shopping experience enjoyable and low-stress thus far. I’m excited to repurchase in the correct size once the return processes and look forward to feeling my best on my big day in the beautiful Fran square-neck corset dress!

Fantastic Quality & Equally Fantastic Customer Service
The quality of the clothing is amazing and I cannot fault any of the items I have purchased. Material is thick and figure hugging.
I did have a time whereby I bought a dress and took it on holiday, I had previously tried it on but when it came to zipping it up it broke.
Within a week it was sorted and a refund was on the way, customer service were great at responding (answering within a day).
They offered me a refund, a replacement or 25% back to get it repaired. I genuinely cannot fault this brand and their customer service!

The customer service is impeccable. I bought a dress that didn’t fit well and I contacted them for a return. Natalia the representative was so diligent and issued a refund right away once I sent the shipping label. I highly recommend them and their dresses are stunning!

Great client service, quick refund
Had a wonderful experience with the client service team of Club L London, particularly Natalia. I had made a mistake with my order to the Netherlands, and following some confusion (google translate missed some nuances in the wording of the order confirmation email) I incorectly thought I would still be able to make changes after submitting the order, which is usually not allowed in my region.
The team helped me understand the regional issues (clearly indicated on the website to their merit), but they were still kind and efficient enough to help fix my problem. Natalia even worked on a Saturday to assist me with a solution! The refund was also very fast, about 3 business days. I am very impressed and thankful.
