Cloudways support is the best

Cloudways support is the best! My server crashed as we are working on coding my new website. It was pretty traumatic as there was no way for me to undo what I did on my end. Explaining my issue to the Cloudways team, he got down to the bottom of the issue and was able to resolved it in a super timely fashion for me! Forever grateful to the team and for backupsss!

I rarely write reviews, but after the experience I’ve just had with Cloudways support, I felt compelled to share this.

I had been dealing with ongoing domain and website configuration issues that previous support interactions hadn’t fully resolved. It was frustrating, especially when you’re trying to keep a live website running smoothly. Then Maaz from Cloudways personally stepped in, and the level of support I received was on another level entirely.

Maaz took full ownership of the problem, investigated everything thoroughly, and worked patiently through each issue until it was completely resolved. He went far beyond what I expected from technical support, ensuring that my domain was correctly configured and that everything was functioning perfectly.
