My experience with cloudways.com was…

My experience with cloudways.com was worst. There is not even a single thing that is good about the hosting company. The world's most complex dashboard, most difficult to navigate customer service. The moment you try to contact customer service the nightmare begins. Endless waiting time. The moment you question them you are responded with a reply "I am coordinating with other clients. Please wait". This waiting goes beyond 30 minutes and if one is Lucky the query is resolved or the loop continuous.

The company claims that they have the best costumer service is a perception and not truth.

Their billing is an unethical game and I was over charged each month till my web designer noticed it.

Stay safe and save your money. Cloudways is No way ethical in billing and in offering right customer service. Each time I interacted it was an experience embedded with arrogance and attitude. If this is what you like then cloudways is for you.

I’ve used several web hosting providers over the years, and Cloudways stands out as one of the best — particularly because of their support team. Special thanks to Emmad Abbasi, my account manager, who consistently goes above and beyond to provide assistance whenever needed.

I’m giving four stars instead of five due to a technical issue that was not initially detected, which resulted in billing charges approximately four times higher than my usual payment. While it took a few days to identify and monitor the root cause — during which additional costs continued to accumulate — the support team remained responsive and engaged throughout the process.

Overall, Cloudways provides reliable hosting backed by a dedicated and supportive team.
