I lost my registered email account

At the beginning I was feeling frustrated because I couldn't fix my issue, but I understand it happened due to security standards. The agent did a continued follow-up of my case, answered on time, provided a solution. He was professional but also friendly, good customer service experience.

False promises, push to upgrade to solve their own issues

They sold me on using them, assuring me of the plan I should use. I signed up. CPU spikes of 90-100% continue all day long.
They tried to give at least a dozen reason, none of which were accurate (as they eventually admitted), even blaming me for their own infrastructure issues.
They pushed hard for me to upgrade, after initially assuring that the plan they sold me is exactly what I need and is sufficient. When I asked about false promises, they assured me they'd resolve it, but instead tried to declare it was solved, and when I showed them that it's not, they just vanished.
I guess I need to switch again. Such a waste of time.
