Amazing extensions

From start to finish so easy to order my extensions and the colour is a perfect match, my extensions are lovely and thick amazing i not seen extensions this good before will def buy again, and they arrived within 2 days.

The hair is ok but CS not brilliant

The hair is ok. But next day delivery parcel was lost in transit, and Cliphair refused to send a new parcel, until they had the hair back!!! So I had to pay for a missed hair appointment as hair not arrived. Cliphair continued to insist parcel was on route when I could see via DPD app it wasn't. Eventually they sent me a new parcel which I got 6 days after my initial next day delivery order. The CS team could have done thia initially and saved me money, time, numerous phone calls and stress. They did offer £30 voucher but way less than the cost I incurred.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery experience, although we are pleased that the replacement order was successfully received.

Having reviewed the correspondence, we can see that the delay was caused by the courier network after dispatch. At the time, the tracking information provided by the courier continued to show that the parcel was in transit, and unfortunately, once an order is with the courier, we must initially rely on the tracking information and procedures they provide.

As agreed with you, the original parcel was to be returned to us before a replacement could be issued. Once it became clear that a replacement was required, this was arranged as a priority and delivered the following day. While we appreciate that this was frustrating, these procedures are in place to protect both our customers and the business when parcels are delayed or misplaced within a courier network.

We would also like to clarify that, as a gesture of goodwill, we refunded your delivery charge and issued a gift card in recognition of the inconvenience caused. While we always strive to provide a smooth delivery experience, we do rely on third-party courier services and unfortunately cannot completely eliminate the possibility of occasional delays once an order has left our warehouse.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations.

I haven’t tried on these clip in bangs just yet but I know they will look and feel nice considering they’re real human hair. Plus they can help disguise insecurities or generally look good with any outfit. Would highly recommend 🖤

After uploading 3 photos of my hair to the site, the team matched the perfect colour and informed me by email in less than 24hrs. We would like to clarify a few points to ensure the full timeline is accurately understood. Our records show that the order was originally delayed due to it being temporarily placed on hold because an item was out of stock at the time. This was communicated to you, and you confirmed you were happy for us to keep the order on hold until the stock became available again. Once the stock arrived, the order was then released and delivered on 8th May.

In relation to the delivery concern, we received your initial contact approximately three weeks after delivery had already been completed, and our team responded promptly at that time with the required forms and information needed to investigate the matter with the courier. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response within the courier’s investigation timeframe, and as more than 30 days had passed since delivery, we were no longer able to escalate the claim further, as this falls outside of the courier’s allowable dispute window.

We always aim to support our customers as effectively as possible and provided all necessary steps to progress the investigation within the required timeframe.

While we appreciate this is not the outcome you were hoping for, we hope this clarification provides a clearer understanding of the situation.

Amazing quality

I phoned to enquire why my payment was still pending in my bank but something had gone wrong at the checkout the lady was so nice and helpful sent a new link my extensions arrived the next day love them I would highly recommend. Thank you so much

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered hair almost 4 weeks ago and it never arrived. After chasing the company multiple times, I was told that a refund had been processed, but several days later there is still no sign of the money in my bank account.

Communication has been frustrating and I feel like I’ve had to do all the chasing myself. Being told a refund has been processed when there is no evidence of it showing in my account only adds to the frustration.

I understand that delays can happen, but customers should not be left waiting weeks for an order that never arrives and then have to struggle to get their money back. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Avoid

I bought 22" nano-ring extensions in two shades of blonde. Having worn extensions for years, I am highly experienced in their proper maintenance and product requirements. Unfortunately, after the very first wash, the hair texture degraded drastically, becoming coarse and resembling horsehair. While customer service responded quickly, their solution was disappointing. They questioned my aftercare and asked me to remove and return the hair for testing. A representative subsequently called to inform me that because this was not "premium quality" hair, heat styling was required to keep it smooth. This requirement is completely missing from their website. Furthermore, high-quality hair should never deteriorate so severely after a single wash. I was only able to secure a full refund after requesting the contact details for the Ombudsman. This is, without a doubt, the poorest quality hair I have ever purchased.

4 sets ordered so far …..love them

So far I have ordered a set of clip ins (which were amazing but just made me want a more permanent solution) this led to me ordering 2 sets of tape ins. (I ordered 1 set and was so impressed with the quality that I ordered a slightly lighter shade to mix it up a bit on my next re fit.
I have ordered another set of invisible tapes for my daughter as I love mine so much.
I have also ordered more tapes for re fit, the cliphair remover and the heat protector spray. The products have all been fabulous. Have to say the remover is an oil based one and is a bit greasy but I would rather this than an alcohol based one which would just dry them out.
Customer service for me has been excellent and delivery is always super quick

Poor service

My order never arrived (which I was then blamed for) and on contacting cliphair to resolve I found them so unhelpful and not easy to speak to at all, definitely won’t be using this company anymore

After investigating the matter with DPD, we were initially advised by the courier that a request had been made for the parcel to be redirected to a pickup shop. Based on the information provided to us by the courier, this was the understanding we communicated to you at the time. You subsequently informed us that this was not the case, and we apologise for any frustration this may have caused.

As a retailer, we can only work with the information provided by our courier partners during an investigation, and we appreciate your patience while we sought clarification.

We can see that the parcel is now on its way back to us, and as promised, as soon as it is received back at our warehouse, we will be back in touch to discuss the next steps and help bring this matter to a resolution.

I ordered the 26 inch lightest blonde

I ordered the 26 inch lightest blonde, the quality it’s good so far but I’m not happy with the thickness of the ends. If you’re looking for medium to full thick ends don’t order this hair maybe shorter lengths have thicker ends but the 26 inch 300g it’s definitely not. Also the weight is not distributed evenly, the roots are too thick and makes the head look bigger. It looks natural but not worth the price at this quality. And also don’t order the double drawn hair because the weft is too tick and it’s very obvious, just if you want to put them in a lower part of the head but it’s kinda heavy. If you want to not be disappointed it’s better to order two packs of single drawn instead of one of double drawn. It will look the same and the weft won’t be visible, they will not feel heavy or the head

We would just like to clarify that our 26-inch extensions are not double drawn, which is why you may notice a more tapered effect towards the ends.

If you're looking for hair that maintains a more consistent thickness from root to tip, our Seamless Clip-In Extensions from the Royale Remy range may be a better option, as these are double drawn and designed to provide a fuller look throughout the length.
