I ordered my extensions for my wedding hair trial over a week ago. Tomorrow is my trial and i still did not received them. I am so so disappointed of the service and customer support. I want my money back. I paid a fortune for getting nothing!!

Hair is of poor quality
Hair is of poor quality to how it normally is from this company. I have used may times and I’ve now had to buy new hair after only having these two wefts fitted for a month.

Nano double drawn remy hair -AWFUL
So ive had 150g nano remy double drawn black delivered and fitted by a professional on monday. It now thursday ive washed my hair for the first time and it’s ridiculous! It has gone strawlike and DRY and bare in mind this is the first wash , ive had these 4 DAYS , 4DAYS and they are DESTROYED! I have followed ALL aftercare so carefully you have commented to other people saying you need to use heat etc so ive put heat protection on and straightened them, NO BETTER! I have complained in an email and attached photos , ive spent a lot of money on these paid to have them fitted and this is the outcome!!
