Had a supposed DPF clean a month ago
Had a supposed DPF clean a month ago. DPF blocked again, my mechanic friend has told me it was never cleaned and is totally blocked!! So I have been charged for a job that was never done!! Shocking! Avoid these guys!!

Mohammed came and picked up my car as the clutch had gone and was undrivable.
The fix happened same day and my car was returned to my home address.
Overall a fantastic service and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Simple, Effective, On Time, Affordable
Raja from ClickMechanic saved me! I am starting a new job this coming Monday and my car stopped switching on, and I was stressing about how to get it running so I can drive to my new job… all the garages wanted me to bring the car, but Raja came to me! Charged for a repair I didn't need – Avoid
I booked an EGR issue through ClickMechanic because their own website says the price includes a full diagnostic and inspection to make sure that’s actually the problem(The actual problem description was not avilable in the website). The mechanic didn't do any of that. He didn't even check for fault codes—which is ridiculous because there were no warning lights on the dash anyway.
I told him when he arrived that there was a broken pipe, but he ignored me and just swapped the EGR valve. Obviously, it didn’t fix anything because the EGR wasn’t the problem. The car is still smoking and is actually running worse now.
Even though the mechanic admitted in our chat it was a mistake and offered a refund, the Head of Customer Service basically told me "bad luck." He said their website descriptions are just a guide and different mechanics work in different ways.
Basically, they take your money, don’t do the checks they promise, and then hide behind their T&Cs when it goes wrong. I’m having to go through my bank now to get my money back. Won’t be using them again.

However, to balance your narrative for the benefit of anyone who may read this.
Your booking was for an EGR Valve replacement only. There was no diagnostic inspection included, and your mechanic attended and undertook the work as per the contracted scope of the booking.
Your mechanic advised you that there were multiple prevailing issues with your vehicle (including no oil present following a recent service) and that the replacement of the EGR valve alone would not in itself resolve all the issues with your vehicle; however, we understand that you advised your mechanic that your vehicle was only needed for a short while and to proceed ahead with the repair regardless.
As the evidence you provided us did not confirm any wrongdoing by your mechanic or any issue with the part/s they supplied, we were unable to support your claim for a refund from your mechanic in this instance.
